It is our great pleasure to extend an invitation to you to participate in the 5th Argentina Taekwondo Championships, Kyorugi and Poomsae G1 Championships in Buenos Aires, from August 03th to 05th, 2018, at the Costa Salguero Center, located in the Palermo neighborhood, in the City of Buenos Aires, on the riverside of the Río de la Plata. 4 REQUIREMENT G1 Open Have the nationality of the teams that represent. Have a recommendation of one of the WT MNAs Have Kukkiwon certificate Poom or Have Kukkiwon certificate Poom or DAN. DAN or Gup certificate nationals. Have an active WT license (GMS W.T.) Have an active WT license (GMS and Event Pass. Both Athlete & Coach. W.T.). Both Athlete & Coach. Event Pass not required. Coach with continental license. Coach with national license. Pág. 4 * A presence-based continental course will be held by the Pan American Union on Friday, August 3, welcome at AM, starting at AM in the VIP Lounge of the Costa Salguero Center. Fee 100 USD. Payment on site. COMPETITION RULES The rules will be the current one established by the W.T. the day of the event, both for Kyorugi and Poomsae. However, adapted rules will be applied for Poomsae established by the C.A.T. for the Promotional categories. AGES CATEGORIES Cadet: Juniors: Senior: 2001 or before. MODALITIES Kyorugi: G1 - DAN Senior. Open - Cadet and Junior: Red Belt (1-3 Gup) and Black Belt Both categories will compete together. Poomsae: G1 - DAN - Under 30 & Under 40. Open - Cadet, Junior, Senior: Red Belt (1-3 Gup) and Black Belt.

5 REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES The registration will be through the website. The deadline will be 15 year before the event with and extension of one week. Kyorugi G1. Kyorugi Open. Poomsae G1. Poomsae Open. Pág. 5 Athletes under the age of 18 must present a responsive letter signed by the parents, or legal representative. Not allowed: enrollment in more than one category in Kyorugi, enrollment in G1 and Open, and enrollment in Poomsae Elite and in Promotional. TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMODATIONS Transportation and accommodation are responsibilities of the participants. The official hotel will be confirmed in shortly. ALLOW COMPETITIONS EQUIPMENTS The OC will provide the chest and head electronics protectors, DAEDO GEN 2. The shocks and all the other protections, need to be provide by the athletes. The uniforms must be in good shape, white with black V neck, of the recognize brands for P.A.T.U. / W.T. / C.A.T. (This last one only applies for the OPEN event). The other body protections must be for the approved P.A.T.U. / W.T. / C.A.T. (This last one only applies for the OPEN event) brands. For the semifinal and final matches the coach need to wear Suits but the ties is optional. BODY PROTECTIONS All body protection, except head, body protections and shocks, must be under dobok. Blue head protection must be use for Chung and red one for Hong. No other item or protections are allowed to use over the head. Religious items, will be checked and approved before the competitions and need to be wear under the head protector or the dobok. And these objects must not cause any obstruction or harm to the other player.

6 WEIGHTS The weight need to be confirmed one day before the competition. The athlete can, step in, wearing one s underwear or naked, if they prefer to do it so. They must present in the place, with their Events Credentials and Passport, or National ID. 12 RELEASE OF LIABILITY In my capacity as competitor athlete on 5th ARGENTINA OPEN G1, to be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, between August 03th and 05th, 2018, by this act I force myself to observe and enforce as to match rules, regulations and directives emanating from the World Taekwondo, the International Arbitration and competition regulation, the Confederation Argentina of Taekwondo, the essential principles of this martial art, uses, customs and general rules of practice of this discipline. And accept consent to be filmed, televised, and photographed, identified and otherwise recorded during this event for broadcasting and other purposes for promotion of the event by the WT or the Organizing Committee. Page 12 I declare having the necessary medical checks show that I am in perfect health for practice and competition of Taekwondo, being under my sole responsibility the veracity of such studies operating as a requirement for admission to this event.
