CALL: National Federations members of the Corporation to the Championship G1 Paraguay Open World 2015 to be held in Asunción according to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Campeonato Mundial G1 Paraguay Open shall be governed by the rules of competition prevailing in the WTF / PATU. COMPETITION SYSTEM: Single elimination system RATING: According to Article 4: Rate of participants and based on competition rules of the WTF, the participant must: Criterion # 1: Having the nationality of the participating team. WTF TECHNICAL DELEGATES AND OFFICIALS OF A PATU: The WTF appoint an International Technical Delegate, in accordance with the rules of the WTF and Regulations. The International Delegate of the WTF will be the president of CBS. The Corporation, appoint

6 the required number of PATU Technical Officials, which will be responsible for managing everything related to the Campeonato Mundial G1 Paraguay Open. To this end the following conditions apply: The Organizing Committee will provide air tickets, accommodation and food of the International Technical Delegate of the WTF officials and the Corporation of up to 5 nights stay (entrance on Wednesday May 27 to Sunday May 31) APPROVED BY THE UNIFORM WTF (dobok) AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Competitors are required to wear Dobok and protective equipment approved by the WTF. The organizing committee will provide Electronic Dickies. Competitors must wear groin guard, mouth guard, gloves, shin guards, elbow pads, empeineras, helmets and foot sensors for your personal use. Before entering the competition area, all competitors must go through a review of its Dobok and protective equipment by the official control table. Any competitor who does not have an approved Dobok or this or in part without protective equipment, will not be allowed to compete. Competitors who are in the inspection area with electronic foot protectors that are not approved or are modified will be automatically disqualified according to the rules of competition WTF. OFFICIAL SCORING SYSTEM: DAEDO Electronic Protectors and scoring system, officers will use for the G1 Paraguay Open World Championship, to promote the spirit of "Fair Play" competition. Besides DAEDO'S an instant replay system approved by the WTF, to ensure fair and impartial treatment to judge all competitors is used. All officials and Referees have detailed sessions on the use and management of these teams before competition to ensure best results. ANTI DOPING CONTROL: PATU, with the assistance of the Organizing Committee to conduct drug tests required by the WTF, following the WADA program MEETING OF DELEGATES AND DRAW: During the meeting of delegates, the draw was made, this will take place one day before the competition. Only registered delegates may attend this meeting. The draw will be done automatically using the official competition system PATU (PATU Official Competition Management System). Once the drawing is finished may not be reviewed or changed. PATU held electronic draw and communicate the results to the authorities of the participating nations not present at the session of the draw. INDEMNIZCIONES: 1. Be the responsibility of the respective National Federations that participants correctly completed and signed official entry forms, thus releasing the Corporation, organizers, officials and other participants, any claim of injury, loss and fatalities or otherwise arising from participation in this competition or any of its activities.

7 2. Be the responsibility of the respective National to ensure that all its members, officials and athletes are covered with insurance protection Federations. 3. Participants without the participation forms and insurance protection will not be allowed to compete in the championships. 4. The Organizing Committee will be responsible for leading a team of medical first aid and the venue for any event and during the days of the competition. NATIONAL ANTHEM AND FLAG: It is the responsibility of each team participant, bring the following: 1. Two (2) National Flags a) The size of the Flags must be 90 cm. By 130 cm. 2.
