Professional Excellence Award Investment: $5,000 The Neill Darmstadter Professional Excellence Award recognizes the driver judged to best exemplify the characteristics of a professional truck driver based on their driving record; skill; knowledge; attitude towards safety; and, personality, as evidenced by their work history, performance in various NTDC skills tests, and overall professionalism. Vehicle Condition Award Investment: $5,000 The Vehicle Condition Award is presented to the driver judged to possess the highest knowledge and have taken the greatest care of his/her equipment, enabling him/her to maintain a safe and efficient vehicle, as determined from his/her pre-trip inspection methods. State Team Trophy Investment: $5,000 The State Team Trophy is awarded to the team of state champions achieving the highest average score at the national championships. The state trucking association and each driver of the winning state team receive a plaque. Rookie of the Year Award Investment: $5,000 The National Rookie of the Year Award is presented to the driver who has competed for the first time in both a state truck driving championship and NTDC, and who earned the most points over and above the average semi-final score for his or her class. The winner receives a plaque. Sam Gillette Life-Time Volunteer Award Investment: $5,000 The NTDC Life-Time Volunteer Award goes to the NTDC volunteer(s) whose career-long and exemplary efforts have contributed to the overall success of the championships. The winner receives a plaque. Written Exam Award Investment: $5,000 The Written Exam Award recognizes the driver(s) who scored the highest on Wednesday s written exam the first competition in the triad of driver skill challenges held during the NTDC/NSVDC. 5

Your brochure, small catalogue or flier will be left in each room booked within the NTDC/NSVDC room block at the Hyatt Regency. (NOTE: 2,000 pieces of literature must be received by July 20, 2018 to ensure delivery.) Safety Vests for Media and Judges Investment: $10,000 Your company s brand will be front and center during the three days of skills test competition, prominently displayed on the back of the safety vests that will be worn by members of the media, judges and volunteers working on the competition floor Thursday, Friday and Saturday. All attendees will see your corporate image displayed for hours each day by over 200 individuals. NTDC/NSVDC Investment: $10,000 Commemorative Challenge Coins Keep your brand in front of the 2018 NTDC/NSVDC competitors, attendees, safety officials and corporate officials after the championships are over by sponsoring the NTDC/NSVDC Commemorative Challenge Coin. NTDC/NSVDC Highlights Video Investment: $10,000 Throughout the four-day event, a professional camera and production crew will be on-site shooting video of the competitions that will be used to create the 8 minute highlight complete with background soundtrack and interviews - that is shown at the awards banquet on Saturday night. The crew will also be on hand at the awards banquet to capture the highlights from the NTDC/NSVDC s most anticipated event, and will include that video to produce the final, 9 ½ minute highlights DVD. Following the event, a copy of the DVD will be sent to each competitor, sponsor, registered attendee and corporate official and other interested parties, and distributed throughout the year at ATA meetings and events. Your sponsorship of the highlights video will include an enduring recognition of your company as the sponsor in the credits roll at the end of the video, and your company logo incorporated into the artwork imprinted on the face of each DVD.
