INTRODUCTION New event in Lithuanian Rally Sprint Championship of May finally will take place the first rally race in this year's Lithuania - Lithuanian Rally Sprint Championship 2nd event "Užventis Event Organizer Kelme Automobile sports club similar competition already organized three years ago. It was one of 2013 LRSC events, which traditionally were carried in Kražiai surroundings. This year, the geographical position has fundamentally changed - everything will spin around Užventis. Organizers prepared a very compact race track,which consists of four special stages,which will be driven on twice. In all speed stages the start location will be on the asphalted road surface. Total the crews will have to overcome the 55 km in racing pace, and the total length of the rally tracks - only 113 km. Because this year's winter significantly adjusted the start of the rally season, is expected to be abundant number of participants, as near LRSC participants it will be a great opportunity to test the technique to all rally masters before the great season start. Rally center will be held in Užventis Šatrijos Raganos gymnasium, near is provided the pre-start area, here will be start and finish of the rally. The Service park will be just half a kilometer away. On Friday, 13 of May, all crews will have the opportunity to test their cars in the 3 km long Test stage. From 17:30 until 19:00. There will be carried out reconnaissance, and from 19:30 Test stage will start. For each participant will be given a three passages. Test stage will end 22:00. On Saturday, May 14th, from the morning, all crews will have the opportunity on twice to pass all special stages get acquainted with the route and to check the transcripts. At 14:00 will be held a ceremonial start of Rally Sprint. Rally will finish in the evening, start in the last special stage - 18:40 h, and after minutes we can meet the first crews alongside Užventis Šatrijos Raganos gymnasium. After the awards will take place the festive concert. Event Organizers invite sportsmen and rally fans to arrive to this interesting and really compact rally race. Special stages will be available for free, but most importantly - do not forget your own and other road users' safety. By the meeting in Užventis!

For each crew only one service car without trailer is allowed into the Service park. Special sticker issued by the Organizer must be stick on the service vehicler windscreen. Reconnaissance cars and representative cars are not allowed to enter the Service park. Please leave your trailers in the Organizer s specified place Service zone for crews, participating in the Test stage (Shakedown) will be in Junkilai, before the start location. V. CARS, ENTRY FEES, TIRES, FUEL 5.1 LRSC is allowed to participate "SG1, SG2, SG3 and SG4" groups cars, which comply the 2016 National technical requirements for SG group cars. Other groups cars LRSC are allowed to participate in the "Open" AWD and 2WD classifications (2016 LRSC Regulations, Foreign sportsmen can participate by cars, which comply with national technical requirements. Among all rally sprint "Užventis 2016" participants will be conducted 2WD and AWD classifications. Crew entry fee Eur. Maximum number of participants During reconnaissance participants may use only certified, driving on public roads during the summer season tires, which are in conformity with Lithuanian Road Traffic law. Use of tires M+S prohibited. 5.3 During rally allowed use only racing tires for gravel roads. 5.4 All the participants are allowed to change tyres in the Service park A. 5.5 Refueling is allowed only in the refueling zone. (T , subart). 5.6 Rally cars of every crew, using E 85 fuel bioethanol, must be marked by special stickers (min. measurements: 160x120 mm), with note E 85 must be written on blue background. Height of the letter and the digits is: 80 mm, symbol thickness: 14 mm. Stickers must be stuck on car bodywork, above rear wheel arches no further than 200 mm from top of the arch on both sides of the car.

8 8 7.1 Reconnaissance is mandatory for every crew. Only crews, participating in Shakedown, may recognise with this stage. 7.2 Any violations of the crews during reconnaissance will be captured by the Organizer authorized officials, who shall register violations in the Crew's cards. Organizer's official bulletin with list of authorized persons will be published on the Official notice board. 7.3 Reconnaissance is allowed (Saturday) from 7:30 till 12:30 according to schedule, specified in Supplementary Regulations. All special stages are not allowed to be driven more than 2 times. SS1/3, SS2/4, SS5/7 and SS6/8 are identcal, and shall be counted as one stage. SS1/3 and SS6/8 are partially repetitive, but they are not identical, and shall be counted as different stages. The number of passes will monitor Organizer authorized officials. 7.4 The crews must drive in such a way that no danger or inconvenience is caused to the people residing close to the Rally course during the reconnaissance. Driving in the opposite direction is strictly prohibited in the special stages. Please note: Speed limit in Lithuanian Republic on gravel roads in non-residential areas 70 km/h. The Organizer s appointed Officials and the police will check the speed during reconnaissance. The speed may be reduced by respective road signs, marked in the Road Book. Prohibited to use anti-radars and radar detectors. 7.5 Reconnaissance vehicles. Reconnaissance may be performed only on recce vehicles, specified in the Entry Form. Recce vehicles must meet the requirements of 2016 Lithuanian Rally Sporting Regulations art On receipt of the Road Book, the crew must indicate his recce vehicles, which will be used for reconnaissance, as well as all service and representative vehicles. 8.1 Pre-start scrutineering VII. TEST STAGE (SHAKEDOWN) Test stage (Shakedown) will be carried out (Friday) from 19:30 till 22: All drivers who wants to take part in the Test Stage, must it indicate in the electronic Entry Form, which must reach the Organizer no later than (Friday) 17: Test Stage entry fee is 60 Eur, if payed till (Friday). After this time payment will be reduced to 90 Eur. 9.3 Distance of the stage 3,00 km, road cover gravel. Test Stage (Shakedown) allowed to be driven no more 3 times for each crew. X. START PROCEDURE In all Special Stages start will be executed by means of the electronic timing equipment. When 30 seconds are remaining to start, the crew is handed in the timecard. The electronic clock shows hours, minutes and seconds. When 5 seconds are remaining to start, five red lights will light up every second from one to five. Then these five lights are extinguished, and the crew must start. In case when the crew start is correct, lights green and continues to light for 20 seconds. In case of premature start - display shows "FALSE" and shows the time, the crew brought forward the belonging start. In case if electronic equipment is not installed or it is not functioning, the start procedure shall be carried out following the requirements of art of T Start marshal must inform the crew in case the start procedure is carried out without electronic equipment. ADDITIONAL EVENTS Additional events in Rally sprint Užventis 2016 : The ceremonial start alongside Užventis Šatrijos Raganos gimnasyum; Free celebratory concert after the rally finish; Sport clubs, entrants, their members and other physical or legal persons wishing to organize the VIP guest zone during Rally sprint Užventis 2016, must obtain written consent from the Organizer. XIII. INFORMATION FOR MEDIA The decision on the accreditation is carried by the Organizer. Accreditation in the rally is free. Photographers and cameramen must work with Organizer issued PRESS vests, and for which must pay 20 Euro deposit. Accreditation and vests issuing will be carried out in rally headquarters on race day from 8:00 till 12:00.

From one point it will be possible to monitor the sportsmen driving four times - will see on twice two runs in different directions. Good parking possibility. Who wants to monitor SS 2/ /4 and SS 5/7, it is advisable to choose an access areas B and C, because is not time for crossing from one SSS to another. Please note that this is the evacuation routes, so please observe the road signs and please to park your cars only in one side of the road.
