Please present to the secretary office first Secretary s office: Will be open between 5-6pm Friday night and until 6pm Saturday (no later) It will reopen Saturday and Sunday from 7am Team managers need to present to the office for their team riders are not to present Yard allocations: Will be released on Thursday You can still purchase a yard up until Thursday otherwise present to the secretary s office with $15 to purchase a yard on the day If you have not booked a yard please do not use one even if it is empty you will be charged the $15 fee Games riders please be aware that the flat riders may not be completely out of the yards by 3pm (this is when the flat finishes). Please be patient but do not use another yard whilst you wait All riders: Please clean up your campsites and all manure before you leave There will be a trailer and marked bins for manure. Please do not place general rubbish in these spaces Canteen: Will be open Friday and Saturday evenings for 1 ½ hrs (probably no later than 7pm) Friday will be hot pulled pork rolls and drinks (soft drink/water) Saturday will be baked potatoes and drinks (soft drink/water)
