We are hoping all riders, parents & equine members have a great weekend. Please find below your Clubs Dressage, Showjumping & Cross Country times, which are as of FRIDAY 18/09/15. These times are subject to change discretion of the Organizing Committee. Please check your times in the program when signing in at the event. If details on the times are incorrect: EG: riders/horse name spelt incorrectly, Grades / Club incorrect, your name is not there and you have paid, etc Please the following details to wpchorsetrials@gmail.com so we can correct this BEFORE the program is finalized on MONDAY evening: Rider Name. Horse Name. Grade. Club. There is a list below sorted alphabetical by CLUB then RIDERS FIRST NAME. ** Rider times Due to the amount of riders entered, we are unable to adjust the rider times or groups. ** Back Numbers - Due to the size of the event, and the amount of riders, ALL riders must wear the back numbers provided by Werribee Pony Club for all phases As per PCAV rule, Camera s on helmet are not permitted

2 The event office will located in Indoor Arena 1, and will be open the following times: FRIDAY 4 PM 6 PM SATURDAY 7 AM 5.30 PM SUNDAY 7 AM to finish *** IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PEOPLE PLANNING TO BRING DOGS TO THE WPC HORSE TRIALS *** If you own a dog and are planning to bring it to the Horse Trials next weekend ~ please take note! The CIVINEX paddock (back paddock past the cyclone fencing) has been rabbit baited. PLEASE DO NOT let your dogs go into this area! There will be signage at both entrance gates also. Please adhere to this at ALL TIMES. *** IMPORTANT EVENT BIO~SECURITY INFORMATION *** At this year s event, there will be some Bio-Security implementations in place. - Disposable gloves will be provided to be worn by the gear checkers - Bio Security bin to be at the Gear check area - Buckets with disinfectant at both the indoor and the gear check so people can get the germs off shoes - Waterless anti bacterial hand wash available at the Gear Check and Event Secretary area s. We are advising Clubs to: - ensure horses do not share water - Do not share horse gear - Clubs are also encouraged to follow their own protocols for their members ie: sanitizers, disposable gloves, etc

3 Dressage As we are a small Club, we will need some clubs to help volunteer Marshalling in the Dressage Warm up. Please see below for the Club listing. Pearcedale (both sand & general purpose rings) 12pm 4 pm Macedon 7.45 am -12 pm Whittlesea 7.45 am 12 pm WARM UP AREAS ~ please note ~ due to circumstances beyond the control of the Werribee Pony Club, the ALAN BRUNO LAWN (next to Dressage Sand 1) IS NOT AVAILABLE for a warm up arena. All Dressage arena warm up is located in the Sand Showjumping Arena 1 for riders in the Sand Dressage Arenas. 4 Showjumping * ALL Showjumping will be held in Indoor Arena 1 * Grade 4 is concurrently (4A/4B/4C/4D/4E/4F then 4A/4B/4C/4D/4E/4F etc) * All other grades numerically COURSE WALKS FOR SHOWJUMPING! Friday afternoon until 6pm Saturday morning from 7am. Closed at 9.25am Grade 1,2&5 ~ 1 course walk only prior to start of those grades. Grade 4 ~ open again 11 am and 1 pm only Grade 3 ~ 7 am 8 am Sunday morning & open again at 11 am Showjumping Warm Up There will be only 3 riders in the 1 st Indoor warm up and 6 riders in the 2 nd Indoor warm up AT ALL TIMES.

5 Cross Country *Grade 5 will run concurrently, not numerically. (5A/5B/5C/5A/5B/5C) Please refer to your cross country map for rider numbers. Cross Country Jump Judges. Clubs will be allocated a jump. Some will be required both days, and other Clubs EITHER Saturday or Sunday. Full list will be available on the website by Wednesday.
