1 EVENT DETAILS FREE THROW EVENT Individuals Individuals may register to compete in one of three age group categories Youth: ages 6-12 Teen: ages Adult: ages 18+ Participants in each category will compete against each other to make as many free throws as possible in three minutes. The first place individual in each age group will receive an award. Teams Teams of three to five shooters will shoot free throws for three minutes. There will be a series of elimination rounds until a winning team is named. The first place team will receive an award. 2X2 SCRIMMAGES Practice your skills in these quick 2x2 scrimmages with participants in your age category. Sponsored by: By How to participate: 1.Complete the Registration Form and return to the South County YMCA Welcome Center by Thursday, February, 21, Ask people to sponsor you by making a contribution to the South County YMCA. A sponsorship form is included. But better yet, set up your own personal fundraising page to make it easy for sponsors to donate with a debit/credit card! 3. Check in to your personal fundraising page often to monitor your personal goal and watch your pledge money grow! 4. Bring your Sponsorship Form (if friends and family have preferred to sponsor you this way) to the South County YMCA on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 2 p.m. Have fun trying to make as many free throws you or your team can in three minutes.
