Her return from a devastating injury three years ago says everything about her passion. I expect her to provide tremendous leadership for our team. She has the heart of a champion and has worked incredibly hard in the offseason. Noteworthy: Needs just 115 points to reach 1,000 for her career third in the Maryland career records with 150 blocks, 36 from tying the all-time record held by Kris Kirchner among the top 15 in the school records in career free throw attempts, while her 54.7 percent shooting ranks in a tie for sixth all-time also tied for seventh with a 7.1 rebounds per game career average needs just 15 boards and four free throws to enter the top 15 all-time enters the season tied for eighth in the ACC records with a 1.9 blocks per game average.
