Exhibits in Classes 1 to 9, Plane Creek Mill Shield and School s Competition are to be at the Showgrounds by 8:30am on Saturday 5 th August 2017 for judging that afternoon. 3. Exhibits in Classes 10, 11 and 12 (CCS CLASSES) with tops intact are to be left at the Plane Creek Mill Suppliers Committee Office in Broad Street, Sarina on Monday before the show 31 st July 2017 ready for transport to the BSES for analysis. 4. Entries in Classes 13 & 14 must be in no later than midday Monday, 24 th July 2017 to allow for judging of blocks prior to show. 5. Entries close with the Secretary, Sarina Show Society Inc., PO Box 119, Sarina. Q 4737 on Friday 4 th August (All prize money to be collected by the end of August.
