5 SHOW RULES 1. All rings both days are 8.00am start with 7:30am course walk 2. Horses are allowed 3 starts per day. 3. Horses can compete in 3 Championships on Sunday. 4. *3 Riders competing in unofficial classes and on the height class day must be either Equestrian Australia members or financial members of the Toowoomba Jump Club (TJC). 5. Riders in all official classes (1.05m and over) must have a current EA competitive membership, full life registration (horses) and a current jumping competition license. 6. All entries must be accompanied by a completed Biosecurity Horse Health Declaration form. 7. Manure and hay must be picked up and placed in the signed manure area. 8. Dress shirts with collars, jodhpurs white or fawn with approved EA helmet and boots. (EA regulations). 9. *1 OTTB High Point rug kindly donated by the Kemp Racing Stables. Nominate your Off The Track TB when doing entries at Global Entries online. Award is calculated for the highest cumulative results over the weekend from Saturday and Sunday, rings 1, 2 and *2 Classes noted as Interschool qualifiers are open to everyone but may be used as qualifiers by Interschool riders (refer conditions below). 11. No refunds given unless a medical certificate or vet certificate is provided. 12. Neither the organising committee or the Toowoomba Jump Club, (thereinafter referred to as Organiser accepts any liability for any accidental damage, loss, injury or illness to horse, owners, riders, grounds, spectators or any other person or property. 13. The program may be altered at discretion of committee.the organizing committee reserves the right to cancel any class, to divide any class, to alter the advised times, to refuse entry, with or without stating the reason, to transfer competitors between sections of a class and to combine classes if less than three competitors. 14. In an event of horse movement restrictions each participant will be responsible for veterinary care, maintenance and cost of their horse/s including feeding and watering for the time of such restriction. 15. Competitors are reminded that Medication Control (swabbing) can occur at any event run under Equestrian Australia rules and regulations. 16. This is not a mandated Hendra event. However if your horse is not vaccinated you may have difficulty getting a local vet to attend your sick horse. 17. All dogs must be on a lead. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR INTERSCHOOL RIDERS 1. This event is being conducted under the rules as per the IQ Handbook 2016 and EA and FEI Rules where applicable. It is your responsibility to read your Handbook and be aware of these rules. 2. Riders/Horses must be registered with the Inter-School Queensland sport Committee. 3. Rider Numbers: IQ members will use their laminated numbers (issued by IQ) and these are to be attached to the saddlecloth on both sides. ENTRIES, STABLING AND CAMPING All entries, stable & camping bookings are to be completed at Global Entries ENTRIES: Open 1st December 2017 and close 24th January STABLING: $30 per stable for the duration of the show. Stables will be checked if left dirty you will be invoiced $25 for cleaning/stable. When booking stables please let us know if you have a stallion or wish to be stabled near your friends. Stables must be booked by 14 th January CAMPING: Camping is permitted at a cost of $25 per truck/float per night. GROUND FEE: $15 per rider per day includes ambulance levy.
