1 Ziarat e Hz Muslim ibn Aqeel (as) ا ل ح م د لله ال م ل ك ال ح ق ال م بين Praise be to Allah the evident rightful master. ال م ت صاغ ر ل ع ظ م ت ه ج باب ر ة الط اغين ال م ع ت ر ف ب ر ب وب ي ت ه ج ميع ا ه ل الس ماوات و ا ر ضين ال م ق ر ب ت و حيد ه سائ ر ال خ ل ق ا ج م عين All the rebel tyrants feel small before His greatness. All the dwellers of the heavens and the earths acknowledge Him as their Lord and every created being believes in His tawheed. ل ى الله ع لى س ي د ا نام و ا ه ل ب ي ت ه ال ك رام Blessings of Allah be on the chief of mankind and on his noble Ahlul Bayt (asws). ص ة ت ق ر ب ها ا ع ي ن ه م و ي ر غ م ب ها ا ن ف شان ئ ه م م ن ال ج ن و ا ن س ا ج م عين Blessings which may bring light of joy in their eyes and humiliate and blacken the faces of their enemies among the jinn and men. س م الله ال ع لي ال ع ظيم و س م م ئ ك ت ه ال م ق ر بين و ا ن ب يائ ه ال م ر س لين و ا ئ م ت ه ال م ن ت ج بين و ع باد ه الص ال حين و ج ميع الش ه داء و الص د يقين و الز اك يات الط ي با ت فيما ت غ ت دي و ت ر وح ع ل ي ك يا م س ل م ب ن ع قيل ب ن ا بي طال ب و ر ح م ة الله و ب ر كات ه 1

2 Salam be on you O Muslim (as) bin Aqeel (as) bin Abi Talib (as) from Allah, His favorite angels, prophets, messengers, chosen imams, pious servants, martyrs and the trustworthy, and also pure and good congratulation from them, and mercy of Allah be on you. ا ش ه د ا ن ك ا ق م ت الص ة و ا ت ي ت الز كاة و ا م ر ت ب ال م ع ر وف و ن ه ي ت ع ن ال م ن ك ر و جاه د ت ف ي الله ح ق ج هاد ه و ق ت ل ت ع لى م ن هاج ال مجاه دين في س بيل ه ح ت ى ل ق ي ت الله ع ز و ج ل و ه و ع ن ك راض I testify that you established salat, gave zakat, enjoined to do good, forbade from doing evil, sincerely fought in the cause of Allah, and you were martyred while striving in His way, till you met the mighty Allah who is happy with your efforts. و ا ش ه د ا ن ك و ف ي ت ب ع ه د الله و ب ذ ل ت ن ف س ك في ن ص ر ة ح ج ة الله و اب ن ح ج ت ه ح ت ى ا تاك ال ي قين I testify that you have fulfilled the covenant made with Allah and gave your life to support the Hujjatullah (proof of Allah), and the son of Hujjatullah, until you left this world الن ب ي ال م ر س ل و الس ب ط ا ش ه د ل ك ب الت س ليم و ال و فاء و الن صيح ة ل خ ل ف ي ال م ب ل غ و ال م ظ ل وم ال م ه ت ض م ف ج زاك الله ع ن ال م ن ت ج ب و الد ليل ال عال م و ال و ص ر س ول ه و ع ن ا مير ال م ؤ م نين و ع ن ال ح س ن و ال ح س ي ن ا ف ض ل ال ج زاء ب ما ص ب ر ت و اح ت س ب ت و ا ع ن ت ف ن ع م ع ق ب ى الد ار I testify that you obeyed the son of the divinely appointed prophet (saw), remained loyal to him and advised people to do the same, because he was his exalted grandson, who was a learned guide, the executor of the 2

3 Holy Prophet s will, the preacher of truth, but was oppressed and wronged. So may Allah give you a reward on behalf of His Messenger, Ameer ul Momineen (asws), Hassan (asws) and Hussain (asws), the best reward for that, which you suffered patiently, remained satisfied and extended unreserved support. So the accomplishment was excellent. ل ع ن الله م ن ق ت ل ك May Allah send lanaat on him who killed you. و ل ع ن الله م ن ا م ر ب ق ت ل ك May Allah send lanaat on him who gave orders to kill you. و ل ع ن الله م ن ظ ل م ك May Allah send lanaat on him who oppressed you. و ل ع ن الله م ن ج ه ل ح ق ك و اس ت خ ف ب ح ر م ت ك May Allah send lanaat on him who remained ignorant of your rights and mocked your honour. و ل ع ن الله م ن باي ع ك و غ ش ك و خ ذ ل ك و ا س ل م ك و م ن ا ل ب ع ل ي ك و م ن ل م ي ع ن ك May Allah send lanaat on him who first took the oath of loyalty and then broke it, who forsake you, handed you over to your enemy, instigated people against you, and did not help you. ا ل ح م د لله ال ذي ج ع ل الن ار م ث واه م و ب ئ س ال و ر د ال م و ر و د 3

4 Praise be to Allah who has ordained hell for them as their abode. How terrible it is a place to come live! ا ش ه د ا ن ك ق ت ل ت م ظ ل وما و ا ن الله م ن ج ز ل ك م ما و ع د ك م ج ئ ت ك زائ را عار فا ب ح ق ك م م س ل ما ل ك م تاب عا ل س ن ت ك م و ن ص ر تي ل ك م م ع د ة ح ت ى ي ح ك م الله و ه و خ ي ر ال حاك مين ف م ع ك م م ع ك م م ع ع د و ك م I testify that you were killed without mercy and certainly Allah will make good his promise He had made with all of you. I am here as a zawar to your holy shrine, aware of your rights; so I submit to all of you, follow your way of life, offer myself to assist you as far as Allah gives orders, so I am with you. And I disassociate myself from your enemies. ص ل وات الله ع ل ي ك م و ع لى ا ر واح ك م و ا ج ساد ك م و شاه د ك م و غائ ب ك م و الس م ع ل ي ك م و ر ح م ة الله و ب ر كات ه ق ت ل الله ا م ة ق ت ل ت ك م ب ا ي دي و ا ل س ن. وج ع ل هذه الكلمات في المزار الكبير بمنزلة ا ستئذان Blessings of Allah be on all of you, on yours souls, on your bodies, on your visible existence, on your invisible existence, and peace be on you all, and also His mercy and benedictions. May Allah destroy that group who killed you with their hands and tongues. : وقال : ق ل : ذ كر ها بعد ثم ادخل وادن من القبر وعلى رواية ا ش ر الى الض ريح ثم [Then enter and embrace or touch the zarih and say:] 4

5 ا لس م ع ل ي ك ا ي ه ا ال ع ب د الص ال ح ال م طيع لله و ل ر س ول ه و مير ال م ؤ م نين و ال ح س ن و ال ح س ي ن ع ل ي ه م الس م Salam be upon You O the obedient pious servant of Allah and His Messenger, Ameerul Momineen, Hassan and Hussain (salam be on all of them). ال ح م د لله و س م ع لى ع باد ه ال ذين اص ط فى م ح م د و ا ل ه و الس م ع ل ي ك م و ر ح م ة الله و ب ر كات ه و م غ ف ر ت ه و ع لى ر وح ك و ب د ن ك Praise be to Allah, and peace be on his chosen servants, Muhammad (saw) and His Family (asws), and also His mercy and blessings be on them all. May His protection be on your soul and body. ا ش ه د ا ن ك م ض ي ت ع لى مام ضى ع ل ي ه ال ب د ر ي ون ال مجاه د ون في س بيل الله ال م بال غ ون في ج هاد ا ع دائ ه و ن ص ر ة ا و ل يائ ه ف ج زاك الله ا ف ض ل ال ج زاء و ا ك ث ر ال ج زاء و ا و ف ر ج زاء ا ح د م م ن و فى ب ب ي ع ت ه و اس ت جاب ل ه د ع و ت ه و ا طاع و ة ا م ر ه I bear witness that you accomplished that against the infidels in the battle of Badr did in the cause of Allah, who were always ready against Allah s enemies and to help His friends, so may Allah reward you with the best reward, many and abundant rewards; and also to whoso fulfilled the oath of allegiance, accepted His call and obeyed those who were divinely chosen to exercise authority. ش ه د ا ن ك ق د بال غ ت ف ي الن صيح ة و ا ع ط ي ت غاي ة ال مج ه ود ح ت ى ب ع ث ك الله ف ي الش ه داء و ج ع ل ر وح ك م ع ا ر واح الس ع داء و ا ع طاك م ن ج نان ه ا ف س ح ها 5

6 م ن ز و ا ف ض ل ها غ ر فا و ر ف ع ذ ك ر ك ف ي ال ع لي ين و ح ش ر ك م ع الن بي ين و الص د يقي ن و الش ه داء و الص ال حين و ح س ن او لئ ك ر فيقا I bear witness that you left no stone unturned to advise the people to accept the truth and because of your tireless and utmost efforts Allah reckoned you among the martyrs, let your soul, rest in peace with the propitious souls, gave you the best and superior most place in the paradise, exalted your mention in the most honored group, and joined you with the prophets the truthful, martyrs and the pious. How majestic are these companions! ه د ا ن ك ل م ت ه ن و ل م ت ن ك ل و ا ن ك ق د م ض ي ت ع لى ب صير ة م ن ا م ر ك م ق ت د يا ب ال ص ال حين و م ت ب عا ل لن بي ين I bear witness that neither you lagged behind nor ran away through timidity but carried out your duty on account of your awareness. You walked in the steps of the righteous and followed the example of the prophets. ف ج م ع الله ب ي ن نا و ب ي ن ك و ب ي ن ر س ول ه و ا و ل يائ ه في م ناز ل ال مخ ب تين ف ا ن ه ا ر ح م الر اح مين. May Allah unite you and us with His Messenger and His friends in the abodes of those who humble themselves before Allah and enjoy peace and quiet. Verily He is the most merciful : ثم صل ركعتين في جانب الر ا س واهدها الى جنابه ثم قل 6

7 ا لل ه م ص ل ع لى م ح م د و ا ل م ح م د و ت د ع لى ذ ن با Then perform two rakats of prayer near the side of His holy head and then say: O Allah, send your blessings upon Muhammad (saw) and the Family of Muhammad (asws) and remove me from sin. 7
