Billings capture three of four to open the second half of the season. Zack Shannon clobbered his 6th home run of the season as he connected on a three-run shot in the ninth. Eddie Hernandez finished with two more hits for the. PACE US, SHANNON: Zack Shannon has reached base safely in the last 16 games he has played, marking the second longest streak of the season for the. Buddy Kennedy has a 17-game on-base streak from earlier this season. Shannon has a hit in all but two of those games, recording walks in both of them to keep the streak alive.
