2 DEAR VALUED SEASON TICKET HOLDER, Last year, we had a wonderful year of festivities to celebrate the 20th Season of baseball at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, but now we re looking forward to another season of some of the best baseball players in the nation calling Oklahoma City home. Players that we ve hosted here over the last three seasons were monumental in the LA Dodgers run to the World Series. Plus, for the second season we are able to say that the National League Rookie of the Year played in OKC first. As I mentioned, 2017 was special because it marked the 20th Season of baseball in Bricktown. Our season long celebration included 22 sellout nights, Clayton Kershaw s first Triple-A apperance in front of the third largest crowd in ballpark history, a game with backto-back-to-back home runs and the installation of new bricks on the Mickey Mantle plaza in commemoration of the 20th Season. I am so excited that the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame has relocated to Bricktown! Their new home in the space that was formerly Coach s is a great addition to the ballpark and to downtown Oklahoma City! Over the course of the year, you ll see the OKC Dodgers as part of many community initaitives. The first is the OKC Dodgers Rookie League, which through a partnership with Oklahoma City Parks and Recreation, will help create opportunities for community youth to participate in youth baseball. We are also excited about Minor League Baseball s Es Divertido Ser Un Fan initiative. More details about the OKC Dodgers involvement are to come, but there are many amazing festivties planned as we celebrate and engage the Latino fanbase in Oklahoma City! As an OKC Dodgers Season Ticket Holder, you will continue to enjoy the fantastic fireworks shows after each Friday night game and the pregame player autographs and postgame kids run the bases that are part of Chaparral Energy Family Sundays! 4 MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE: Your My OKC Dodgers Account Manager is a one-stop location for all online account management. Make deposits and payments, renew your season ticket package, track ticket usage and update your profile all from your own personal online account. To get even more out of your season ticket investment, take advantage of our electronic ticketing capabilities, which allow you to download your tickets and even your season tickets to friends and clients free of charge. We think you ll find innovative ways to use all of your tickets at My OKC Dodgers Account Manager. (Adobe Acrobat is required to download tickets.) ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT: Follow the steps below to access your personal account. Step 1: Go to okcdodgers.com and select Account Manager from the Tickets & Promotions drop-down menu. Step 2: Log in to your personal account with your account number or and password. Step 3: Start managing your tickets! YOUR TICKETS: You can send your tickets to anyone you would like via ticket forwarding until two hours before game time. This service allows you to tickets to friends, family or clients when you can t attend a game. Step 1: Log in to My OKC Dodgers Account Manager. Step 2: Select the tickets that you wish to send. Step 3: Enter the recipient s information. Step 4: Select Forward. It s so easy you don t even need to have the tickets in hand. Avoid the hassles of overnight and in-person delivery and start enjoying the benefits of this service. HOW TICKET FORWARDING WORKS: Each of your season tickets carries a unique barcode, ensuring its authenticity. During the ticket forwarding process, the barcode on your original season ticket is canceled and a new one is issued electronically. Once you have forwarded your tickets, the original tickets are no longer valid and will not be accepted for entry to the ballpark. The recipient is ed a new ticket with a unique barcode via TicketFast that can be printed using a standard printer. WHAT IS THE FEE?: The OKC Dodgers cover all of the fees associated with this service for our season ticket holders. 8 ACCESSIBLE SEATING: Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark meets the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for handicapped seating. If you would prefer accessible seating, please advise your account representative. TICKETS: In case of last-minute changes in plans, season ticket holders have the option to tickets to clients or friends (see page 4). GROUP TICKETS: Let us help you create a group outing for your business, family, friends, church, school or organization. We have options for groups of 10 or more (see pages 11-12), but seating is limited. Call your account representative to schedule your group outing today. Group tickets, 4Topps tables, Entertainment Suites, the Budweiser Deck, Legends Concourse Suite, and the Devon Energy Deck may be reserved with a 10% deposit. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS: Please treat your tickets like cash and always keep them in a safe place. The Oklahoma City Dodgers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. In the event your tickets are stolen, please file a police report. Send us a copy of the report and we will issue replacement tickets. Additionally, excessive heat can damage tickets; please do not leave them in your car. OKLAHOMA PROFESSIONAL SPORTS FEE: A $1 fee will be assessed to professional sports tickets that are priced at less than $50 and a $2 fee will be assessed to tickets that are priced at $50 or more. All Oklahoma City Dodgers ticket prices reflect this fee unless otherwise noted. 8 OKLAHOMA CITY DODGERS

9 RAINED OUT GAMES: The Oklahoma City Dodgers will make every reasonable attempt to complete each and every home game. However, in the event of a rainout in which five (5) innings have not been completed (4 1/2 if the OKC Dodgers are leading), your ticket can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any future regular season game during the same season and is based on availability. RESALE OF TICKETS: OKC Dodgers tickets are the property of the Oklahoma City Dodgers and may not be sold or distributed. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price is prohibited. OKC Dodgers management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed. SEASON TICKET HOLDER GIFTS: Vouchers for guaranteed giveaway items are included in your season ticket package. They can be brought to the Sonic Customer Service Booth behind Section 113 during OKC Dodgers games to redeem your giveaway item so that you do not need to wait in line at the gate with the general public. Vouchers can also be redeemed at the OKC Dodgers Team Store during daily hours. Please contact your account representative with any questions. THE LAWN: The Lawn is the grass area beyond the outfield fences. General admission seating is available in this area for all games. Blankets and back supports are welcome, but please note that lawn chairs, umbrellas, tents, or inflatable chairs are not permitted. TICKET EXCHANGE FIELD AND TERRACE SEATS: Season ticket holders may exchange unused season tickets for tickets of equal or lesser value to any game during the 2018 season, subject to availability. Tickets may only be exchanged once. Exchanges can be processed during regular business hours (see Will Call Window & Ticket Office Hours) at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark Ticket Office. It is suggested that all ticket exchanges be processed in advance of the game date for which the tickets are being exchanged. Please contact your account representative with any questions regarding this process. TICKET EXCHANGE OKLAHOMA FIDELTY BANK CLUB MEMBERSHIP: Club Members may exchange tickets in accordance with the regular season ticket holder exchange policy. Both tickets and access to the Oklahoma Fidelity Bank Club are subject to availability. For an individual game, access to the Oklahoma Fidelity Bank Club for exchanged tickets is limited to the number of regular season Club Membership tickets owned. OKLAHOMA CITY DODGERS 9

10 For example, if four Club Membership season tickets are owned, up to four exchanged Club tickets may be granted access to the Oklahoma Fidelity Bank Club for an individual game. If more than four Club Membership tickets are exchanged for an individual game, only four exchanged tickets will be granted access to the Club Level. Again, all ticket exchanges are subject to ticket availability and available capacity for the Club Level. It is not uncommon for weekend games to reach capacity early so please plan ahead when possible. If the Club Level is at capacity, best available field seats with Oklahoma Fidelity Bank Club access will be provided. TICKET EXCHANGES LEGENDS MEMBERSHIP: Legends Members may exchange tickets in accordance with the regular season ticket holder exchange policy. Both tickets and access to the Legends Lounge are subject to availability. Additionally, please note that the Legends Lounge is only open on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as select Thursday and Sunday games. If you wish to exchange Legends Membership tickets for a game that the Legends Lounge is not open, $10 Dodger Dollars (redeemable for any food or beverage in the ballpark) per seat will be provided in place of the Legends Lounge buffet. TICKET POLICY FOR CHILDREN: Any fan two (2) years or younger does not need an individual ticket, provided they sit on an adult s lap during the game. WILL CALL WINDOW & TICKET OFFICE HOURS: The Will Call window is located at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark Ticket Office on the west side of the ballpark off of Mickey Mantle Drive. During the season, the ticket office will open at 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays of OKC Dodgers home games, and two (2) hours prior to first pitch on Sundays. Will Call will remain open until the start of the 7th inning. On non-game days during the season, the Ticket Office will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. 10 OKLAHOMA CITY DODGERS

11 GROUP MINIMUM: The group minimum is 10 tickets for group seating areas. Please contact your account representative for more information on the hospitality areas listed below, including ways to customize your package. GROUP SEATING: Group seats are located throughout the ballpark and include some of the best seats in the house. Tickets start at just $7 per person. All groups will receive a limited edition OKC Dodgers hat for every person with a ticket, and will receive a scoreboard message during the game on the center field video board. ENTERTAINMENT SUITES: Perfect for corporate meetings, employee incentives, or simply a fun family celebration, our Entertainment Suite experience will no doubt suit your needs. Suite rentals start at $900 during weekday games and $1,000 during weekend games and include tickets for people. All suites include airconditioning, OKC Dodgers branded leather furniture, and a flat-screen TV, as well as limited edition OKC Dodgers hats, a scoreboard message, and two (2) parking passes. Catering and beverage options are available for purchase. BUDWEISER DECK: The Budweiser Deck offers a view of the full ballpark, plus is located right next to the Dodgers bullpen providing a unique way to experience a game! This all-inclusive option seats guests and includes all-you-can-eat food, one (1) keg of beer per 75 people, limited edition OKC Dodgers hats, two (2) parking passes, and more for just $40 per person. DEVON ENERGY DECK: Groups of people can rent our private, open-air party deck in prime home run territory!. The Devon Energy Deck includes limited edition OKC Dodgers hats for everyone with a ticket, all-you-caneat food, one keg of beer, two (2) parking passes, and a scoreboard message on the center field video board. 12 LEGENDS CONCOURSE SUITE: Looking for a unique location to host your group in a private location away from the general public? Look no further. Our luxurious Legends Lounge is available for nightly rental on select nights and includes field seats along with our air-conditioned, relaxing concourse-level lounge. Tickets start at just $40 per person and everyone in your group can enjoy all-you-can-eat food, one (1) keg of beer and limitied edition OKC Dodgers hats. 4TOPPS NIGHTLY RENTAL: Enjoy a new perspective of the ballpark from our 4Topps Tables. This all-inclusive rental includes food, soda and water along with in-seat service, two (2) drink tickets per person, limited edition OKC Dodgers hats. Rent a table for four guests for only $250 or reserve up to three tables to entertain groups up to 12 people. PICNIC AT THE PARK: Add an all-you-can-eat picnic package to any group seats. For just $13 per person and the purchase of a group ticket package, you ll receive unlimited food, including draft Pepsi products, iced tea, and lemonade, for two full hours beginning when gates open. PROMOTING MY OUTING: We can assist in providing you with flyers to distribute to your group or posters to hang up in your office, break room, or lobby. HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?: A 10% or $100 deposit is required to hold group seats or a hospitality area for a specific game. The balance is due 30 days prior to the game date. BOOKING MY GROUP: To ensure you get the date you want and the seats you want, we recommend booking your group as far in advance as possible. As an OKC Dodgers Season Ticket Holder, you are considered a Preferred Group Buyer and have an opportunity to reserve your group outing before the general public. Simply contact your account representative with any questions or to reserve your group today. PARKING: You can purchase parking in advance for just $5 per space at Bricktown Main Street Parking, just two blocks north of the ballpark. The entrance to the lot is on East Main Street, just east of North E.K. Gaylord Boulevard. Parking is limited and based on availability. FUNDRAISING PROGRAM: Our fundraising program for groups is easy and rewarding. Simply select the date and ticket package that works best for you and your group. Then we ll re-price the ticket and your organization will keep the difference. We ll even print the new cost on the tickets for you! CATERING OPTIONS: Dodger Dollars are sold in $5 increments and can be used at any concession stand. 14 ATM: There is one MidFirst Bank ATM in Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, located inside the Johnny Bench Gate behind home plate and Section 110, directly across from the Ticket Information Booth. AUTOGRAPHS: Player autographs will be available on Chaparral Energy Family Sundays outside the OKC Dodgers Team Store and on the first base concourse. Availability begins when gates open and ends thirty minutes prior to game time. EARLY ENTRY - ENTERTAINMENT SUITES: If your party is in an Entertainment Suite for an OKC Dodgers game, be sure to contact your account representative regarding early entry to the ballpark. ELEVATORS: There are two elevators at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The third base elevator is located next to the stairwell across from Sections The first base elevator is next to the stairwell across from Sections ENTRANCE GATES: For your convenience, there are three entrance gates to Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The Mickey Mantle Gate is located on the west side of the ballpark behind third base, the Johnny Bench Gate is located on the southwest corner of the ballpark behind home plate, and the Warren Spahn Gate is located on the southeast corner of the ballpark near right field. Gates will open one hour prior to the scheduled game time. FAMILY RESTROOMS: There are family restrooms available for your convenience behind Sections 100, 109, and 200, as well as in the picnic area beyond center field. The Oklahoma Fidelity Bank Club also has a family restroom on the third base side. FIRST AID: If you are in need of medical assistance, please contact the nearest medic, police officer, or OKC Dodgers employee, or visit the Sonic Customer Service Booth behind Section 113. FOUL BALLS: Each guest assumes all risks and danger arising from the action of the players, coaches, and officials on the field, before, during, or after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and danger include, but are not limited to, being injured by objects such as bats, balls, bases, helmets, and promotional merchandise which are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field, bullpens, dugouts, photographer s wells and other areas on the stadium grounds. Guests voluntarily agree that the management, facility, city, league, participants, participating clubs, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly 14 OKLAHOMA CITY DODGERS

15 released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes. You may keep any foul ball you catch as a souvenir of your night at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The OKC Dodgers are not responsible for any injury caused by a foul ball or other debris. GUEST SERVICES: The Sonic Customer Service Booth is located on the concourse behind Section 113. LOST & FOUND: Found items will be taken to the Sonic Customer Service Booth. To claim a lost article, visit Customer Service or call the OKC Dodgers at (405) MERCHANDISE: The OKC Dodgers Team Store is located on the main concourse down the third base line behind Section 103. Merchandise kiosks are located on the concourse behind Section 107 and Section 113. PARKING: Parking is available for purchase in the Joe Carter Lot, located across Joe Carter Avenue from the southeast corner of Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark and the Warren Spahn Gate. Parking is also available for purchase at the Bricktown Main Street Parking Lot, located just two blocks north of the ballpark and the entrance is located on East Main Street, just east of North E.K. Gaylord Boulevard. Parking is limited and is available for purchase for the season at $5 per game, based on availability. PEDDLING OR VENDING: The peddling or vending of merchandise or printed materials at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark or surrounding grounds is not allowed. The Oklahoma City Dodgers must grant written permission for these activities. PLAYBALL! GAME DAY PROGRAM: This free game program is available upon entrance to the ballpark and features rosters, team statistics, a scorecard, and other exciting information about what s going on at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. PLAYGROUND: Located in right field near the Warren Spahn entrance is the OKC Dodgers playground and Toddler Town. RE-ENTRY: If you must leave Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark during the game, re-entry is permitted. Anyone leaving the ballpark intending to re-enter must have their ticket. Upon exiting, a gate attendant will scan your ticket. When re-entering, an attendant will re-scan your ticket. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. This includes all forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vapor cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. If you wish to exit the ballpark to smoke, you must have your ticket and follow the re-entry process as stated above. TRESPASSING ON THE FIELD: Anyone trespassing on the playing field will be ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution in accordance with city and county law. OKLAHOMA CITY DODGERS 15

16 DIRECTIONS: Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is located in the vibrant Bricktown District immediately east of downtown Oklahoma City. Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark can be accessed from I-40, which runs east-west beyond the southern border of the property. It can also be reached via nearby Interstates 235 and 35. Parking is available in surface lots and Bricktown garages surrounding the ballpark, as well as the parking lots listed below. JOE CARTER LOT: Parking is available for purchase in the Joe Carter Lot, across Joe Carter Avenue from the southeast corner of Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark and the Warren Spahn Gate. Please be advised that space is extremely limited and based on availability. The entrance to the lot is on East Main Street, just east of North E.K. Gaylord Boulevard. Parking is limited and based on availability. BRICKTOWN CONSTRUCTION: Due to road construction throughout Bricktown and downtown Oklahoma City, we are anticipating the possibility of a slight increase in travel time for fans.
