2 Study Area Walters Road and Lee Road 1. Turns onto Walters & Waukegan are difficult due to angle. Cars backup at light not allowing residents close to light to exit & enter. 2. Definitely agree with this point (arrows point at comments 1 and 3) 3. Walters Ave is too narrow to handle increased traffic. Cars must weave in and out around landscapers & delivery vehicles 4. People zoom around this corner without slowing down/ stopping -- ǁ ŝůůďğğǀ ĞŶŵŽƌĞĚĂŶŐĞƌŽƵƐǁ ŝƚśđžŷɛƚƌƶđɵžŷ ƚƌăĸ Đ ;ůžđăƚğěăƚƚśğŝŷƚğƌɛğđɵžŷžĩt ĂůƚĞƌƐĂŶĚ>ĞĞ
3 Study Area Walters Road and Lee Road 5. Lee & Walters constantly get cut-through traffic from Shermer & Dundee -- avoiding stop lights. We do not need more traffic. Also, people are going past the 30 mph limit. 6. The majority of residents on Walters & Lee back out of their Ěƌŝǀ Ğǁ ĂLJƐ ĚĚŝƟŽŶĂůůLJƚŚĞƌĞĂƌĞĂƌĞĂƐŽŶ>ĞĞZĚ ǁ ŚĞƌĞƚŚĞ driveways are below the street grade. This makes it very difficult to backout using only one lane. Generally we need 2 lanes (both) lanes of Lee to backout. The extra traffic on Walters & Lee will make it more difficult to leave our homes 7. Comment - People travel miles per hour on Lee. Why are there no stop signs & no police? Lee is dangerous.
