1 Celebrating Community Auction Edition At All Saints Catholic School Volume 3, Issue 18 January 9, 2017 Hot Lunch Orders Due Tomorrow at 11:50 p.m. 17 th Annual Growing Our Future Auction Dear Families, The annual Growing Our Future Auction and Gala is rapidly approaching. We are looking forward to an evening of fun, fellowship, and fundraising to benefit the students and faculty of All Saints Catholic School. The annual auction serves as our largest fundraiser of the year and we cannot do it without you! Your generous donations provide our auction committee with the valuable products and services used to create the numerous raffle baskets and silent and live auction packages. If you are able to help, we ask that you consider a donation of goods or services to benefit the auction. Following is a wish list of items that are very popular and much needed by the auction committee at this time. Your generosity and donation will be greatly appreciated and the proceeds go directly go to our students and staff. Thank you for considering a donation, thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you on March 4, 2017, at the auction! Best of luck. Your child will arrive early and enjoy a breakfast of bagels and coffee (hot chocolate) in the staff lounge as they prepare for the school day. After a grueling morning of running the show, all of the day winners will join their staff counterparts for a very special lunch in the staff lounge. Responsibilities and workloads may vary! Golden Ticket Will Return... Mobile Bidding Again! Last year, we introduced mobile bidding, which put the power of bidding on silent auction items in the palm of attendees hands! It included: Easily tracking your desired silent auction items Ability to set maximum bid alerts Automatic text message if you have been outbid Ability to bid from wherever you are in line at the bar, mingling with other guests, or enjoying dinner We are excited to offer this bidding option again for silent auction items! Stay tuned for more registration information on this exciting feature. $5, $10 Ticket Update Later this month, we will be sending home order forms for the $5 and $10 raffle tickets for pre-ordering. We will once again offer our Golden Ticket Raffle! Starting in February, families will have the opportunity to purchase a $50 raffle ticket and if their ticket is pulled, they have the option to select from a variety of auction items before the bidding even begins! No limit on number of tickets you purchase and you will pre-select the item when you buy your golden ticket. Stay tuned for more details! Raise The Paddle For ASCS... Don t let the thrill of a live auction pass you by because everyone is encouraged to participate in the Raise The Paddle portion of the live auction. Using your auction booklet, or paddle, the auctioneer will start at a dollar amount to donate and count backwards until every attendee has had the chance to raise their paddle to donate to All Saints! It s a fun and exciting way to raise your paddle to help ASCS! Teacher, Classroom Giving Tree Our teachers plant seeds of knowledge that grow forever! Our Giving Tree features items our teachers need in their classrooms to enhance our students learning. If you are willing, please take a leaf from the tree, located in the banquet center, and give it to the volunteer, who will take down your bid number. It will be added to your receipt at the end of the event and you will have helped our seeds grow! Growing Leaders in Mind, Body, and Spirit Warren Road Canton, MI (734) Office (734) Attendance
