First, our election of new officers for the year will be held in on April 4th, 2018 at our general membership meeting. Members in good standing who are interested in running for office, should fill out a ballot (located in the social quarters) and submit it to our Nominating Committee. The following offices are up for election; Governor, Junior Governor, Prelate, Treasurer, and Trustee. The Nominating Committee will review all applicants and after the interview process is completed, will submit successful applicants names for the general election. On Sunday, February 11th at 12:00 PM we are hosting a Texas Hold Em No Limit Tournament. Check out the flyers in the lodge for details. Also, our new member sign-up promotion is effective until April 15th of this year. Anyone who signs up multiple new members will receive valuable benefits. Please check out the flyers in the lodge for details. Also, our family night promotion has been very successful, so if you know anyone with children who has not attended, extend an invitation to them. It is fun and allows the entire family to enjoy our lodge facilities. The Snorter has details. I hope all members enjoy our new gutter system that was supported by the Moose. A hearty thank you to the members of our who helped make this possible. Finally, we are hosting several fund raisers to help offset the costs of making one final repair to our leaking roof. One such event is the poker tournament listed above. So, sign up at the bar or on the day of the tournament to help us finish these repairs. This event is open to the first 30 entrants. Fraternally, Jim Sehl, Administrator Howdy! FROM THE GOVERNOR The Lodge had a 100th birthday party for Connie Hunter. Hope everyone had a good time. During the Family night: The Kids, Moms & Pops enjoyed the party and cake walk. Last Sunday, January 21 st, Alex collected $51.00 donations and other donations of $22.00 for the Portable Defibrillation Project for the lodge. I'd like to say thank you who have donated to the cause already. There will be a CPR & First Aid class the Lodge on Feb 10th at 11am and we need a class of at least 12 people. There are sign-up sheets at the bar, LOOM Bulletin Board and Bulletin Board. Hope February will be good. That's it for now! !!!! Ti Rios' Bunco fund raiser for the Sports & Activities chair was a great success. Thanks Ti for all your efforts. Next up is the Sweethearts Ball on February 17th.

We will be enjoying Music from the band The Outlaws following the Crowning of our new Queen. Good News to the Ladies, Chub N Dales are coming to the Moose Lodge on March 24th, Tickets are on sale $15.

The Charity is for Mooseheart and Moosehaven and the chairperson is Deb Renault. Posters and fliers will be out soon. Karaoke will be cancelled on March 23 rd for the set up for Chub N Dales.

Annual Christmas dinner committee came to a close this month. To all of you that worked so very hard to make it a success well DONE!!!!!
