3 Administrator Fellowship News WOW, Last month I was over-whelmed by the events unraveling in the lodge. It was definitely a lot to take in. This month I am still overwhelmed, but in a positive light. We have accomplished a lot here. Several Members and Committees have really stepped up to the plate with donations, of time, energy and finances to make all the much needed repairs happen. Without volunteerism, we will have to spend a lot of money. We have a lot coming up this winter. If you have ideas to increase business or atmosphere in the Social Quarters, let our Social Quarters Manager Don know your thoughts. Fraternally, James Price, Acting Administrator Dear Fellows, WOTM, and Members, Hope all will have a good Christmas and New year. A BIG THANK YOU TO RUSTY CLARKE for all he have done all year! Rusty is Fellow of the Year. Keep it up. Need more like him! Fellowship Christmas Dinner is Dec. 15th at Calabash Restaurant at 6P.M. 4 The W.O.T.M. News: Our Woman of the Month for December will be Lori Kirby. Thank you Lori for all your hard work, past, present and future. Enjoy your parking spot. The WOTM welcomes its members, Asia Bass, Heather Hunter-Justice, Anna Kowalski and Lisa Pinson. Be sure to introduce yourself and make them feel welcome. WOTM will not be doing a Friday night dinner this month. Upcoming Events: WOTM Family Bingo night in the Social Quarters is on December 1 st and December 15 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Bring the family and enjoy some pizza and bingo. Our meetings this month will be on December 3 rd and 17 th at 7:00 p.m. We would love to see you there! Your participation is greatly appreciated. Our Board of Officers meeting will be December 17 th at 6:30 p.m. The WOTM X-Mas Party will be on December 17 th directly following the meeting and is open to all WOTM Chapter 366 members. We will be doing a Chinese gift exchange, with a $10 gift limit. Bring a dish and a gift and enjoy some comradery. Our WOTM Children s Christmas Party will be on December 15 th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Tacky Sweater Contest. See flyer for details. Total raised $36,000 to benefit The Massey Cancer Research Center at VCU. ATTENDANCE AWARD You can come into the lodge each week to sign the book and pay $1. Each Friday night at 9pm, we randomly draw the name of a current lodge member. If we draw your name and you signed the book that week, you win the money. 7 If you volunteer- ~Reminders to Members & Guests~ Just a friendly reminder that when you come into the Lodge you need to show your Moose Card before making any purchase For our Moose Guest, you will need to sign them in the book and they can only be signed in Twice before they have to join. Guests can t play or purchase anything while they are in the lodge. Once the member leaves the guest has to leave as well. Also, please remember, if you re a member not in good standing (Dues expired), you re not eligible to be a guest. Complaint Scale hrs. Don t even think about complaining 5 hrs. Keep your thoughts to yourself 8 hrs. You can grunt with complaint 10 hrs. Be thankful you had the energy to help Locker Dues **** Just a reminder locker due is $12 a year due every year.
