2 Objektives To present the collective artistic progress of dance groups; To award an unique possibility of exchange of experiences between dance groups,organizers and professors; To increase professionality between both adults and young people; To identify and support the performers and talented groups; To establish a friendly international connection between the participating countries; To promote the beauty in all it's forms of our country to the public within the background of the foreign performances; To develop international connections; To diffuse propaganda of the various forms of the art of choreography. Programme 4th Arrival. Check in. Detailed programmes of each day of the event will be distributed to all participants of the competition. 5th Rehgarsals onstage at the Flavio Vespasiano Theater. 6th Competition. Ceremony of awards. 7th Conference: the organization of the competition present the programme of the Gala "Royal Dance Grand Prix" at ZI BO (China)to be held in May. 8th Departure. Participants Contestants can be pupils of private or professional schools of dance, dance groups or soloists. Contestants can compete in diverse categories of style of dance. Registration forms must be completed and ed to giorgiagabriele@libero.it within and no later than

3 the 20th of February The Artistic Director can require a video registration of a performance, participants will be informed by the director of the results of the selections in a short time. In the event of positive results, the successful participant will be required to anticipate a deposit of 50% of the cost of accommodation, or for competitors not requiring an hotel room, the total cost of registration. The remaining 50% (for accommodation) must be paid within and no later than the 4th of Banking details can be found under "contacts" on the official site or in lower paragraphs. In the event of contestant's impossibility to partecipate in the competition, deposits and costs cannot be reimbursed. Protocols of the members of the jury are available to all contestants on request on presentation of a written request to royals.line@yahoo.it from 9th of 2016 to the 9th of June 2016, with enclosed a video registration acquired from the competition organizers. During the month starting from the date of the request, the protocols and the request of the participant will be published on the official "Royals Line " face book page. Financial conditions for participants not requiring accomodation provided by the competition. 80 euros - for a Solo exhibition,a Duet or a Trio. 20 euros - for each performer in a group exhibition. The cost includes: -The organization of reheasrsals, exhibition in the competition (up to 3 exhibition) and Gala Concert; -Prizes, medals and cups; -Insurance cover for contestants and those in accompaniment. 4 - 4 nights accommodation in a 3 or 4 star Hotel, - 4 breakfasts and a evening meals, The cost (from 200 to 355 euros) includes: -Organization of rehearsals, exhibition in the competition (up to 3 exhibitions) and Gala Concert, - Prizes, medals and cups, - Insurance cover for contestants and those in accompaniment, - Documentation for issue of gratuitous visas. If desired, transport can be arranged from Rome (airport)to Rieti, or from Rieti to Rome (airport) at the cost of 20 euro, lunch 10 euros. Categories and types of dance Classical Dance Show Dance Folk Dance Pop Dance Contemporary choreography (Jazz, Modern, Neo Classical) Show Dance Sportive Dance ( HipHop, Tekno, Break Dance) For the private schools Dance for Children ( up to 12 years of age) Experimental Dance Age Categories First category; up to 6 years of age Second category; from 6 to 8 years of age Third category; from 9 to 12 years of age Fourth category; from 13 to 15 of age Fifth category; from 16 to 19 years of age Sixth category; from 20 to 26 years of age

5 For the professional schools Seventh category; mixed ages A (pupils): from 11 to 13 years. Variation of 1 minute and 30 seconds. B (juniors): from 14 to 17 years. Variation of 1 minute and 30 seconds. C (juniors 2): from 18 to 20 years. Variation of 1 minute and 45 seconds. D (seniors): from 21 to 25 years. Jury and awards Tht jury of the competition is composed of the best specialists in the field of international choreography. Prizes Transport and accommodation paid for participation in the Gala of the "Royal Dance Grand Prix 2016" at ZI BO (China) in May. Scholarship to a professional school of Classical Dance in Riga (Lettonia) Grand Prix First place (in all categories of dance and of age) Second place (in all categories of dance and of age) Third place (in all categories of dance and of age) Special awards of the jury: - Prize for the best choreography, - Prize for the best performance, - Prize for the most artistic presentation. The judges of the Gala of the "Royal Dance Grand Prix 2016" at ZI BO (China) will award the best participants the following: 1. monetary prizes, 2. scholarships to the professional Chinese Institutes of Dance, 3. contracts of professional employment in the field of dance.

6 Criterion of valutation Techique; Composition of the structure of the performance ; Onstage presence, plasticity, costumes detail and culture of the performance; Choice and correspondence between the music and the choreography; Artistic content, disclosure of the artistic image of the performer; Performances will be judged on a scale of 1 to 10; The participants of private and professional schools will be evaluated using two separate systems; Professional point are not admitted under 12 years of age; Performances must not be longer than 5 minutes, discrepancy may result in judges ending the performance and awarding lower points. Tecnical Requisites Audioregistration must be memorized on cd with optimal quality of sound. Every registration must have it's own cd, and every cd must contain the following information: name and surname or name of the group, name of the tune and duration. There must be a second copy of the audioregistration. 1. MP3 files or flash cards are not accepted Attention!!! 2. The organizing group reserves the right to use and divulge (without payment) audio and video registrations, details on paper and other materials obtained during the contest. 3. The programme cannot be modified up and until 5 days before the competition. N.B. The stage dimensions are 11 metres deep and 15 metres wide.
