2 CONTEST INFORMATION 1. N.B.T.A. RULES: All N.B.T.A. age divisions, time limits and rules will be observed. To obtain of copy of the rules please visit Reminder: No gymnastics allowed, including but not limited to: body aerials, walkovers, cartwheels, butterflies, somersaults. Performance of these movements will result in disqualification. 2. ORDER OF PERFORMANCE: The order of performance will be in REVERSE order of the entries received for pageant solo. 3. SPECTATOR FEE: This event is being held in conjunction with the Arnold Sports Festival. Daily Arnold Fitness EXPO Tickets can be purchased IN ADVANCE at (3 EXPO Tickets for $50; single for $20) or at the door for $20; $25 at the door for the Fitness EXPO. 14 yrs & under FREE if unaccompanied by an adults. Competitors are also FREE. $20 advance tickets or $25 day of tickets include access to the ArnoldFitness EXPO and most events at the Columbus Convention Center & access to the Arnold SportsWorld at the Ohio Expo Center. NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD: A concessions stand will be available throughout the day. 4. VIDEO TAPING: You may video tape your own child or student from the designated area only. 5. CLERKS NEEDED: To add your name to the list, please call (614) or twirlamerica@gmail.com. 6. OFFICIAL RESULTS: The results will become official 15 minutes after the conclusion of the Awards Ceremony. Please check all results immediately. Pageant awards will be plagues/trophies for 1 st through 3rd place with the exception of Novice Pageant which will have medallions. Pageant winner will also receive a beautiful sash and crown. 7. AWARDS CEREMONY: Awards for all Pageant events will be presented at the Awards Ceremony. Wear a costume for pictures. A photographer will be present to take official photographs. ALL score sheets will be passed out at the completion of the contest for all announced results. Please have someone pick up your sheets and awards for you if you cannot stay. NO awards will be mailed. MR. MAJOR: NON SANCTIONED Boys title event 50% solo, 50% Military Strut: MISS PHOTOGENIC: NON SANCTIONED Bring picture to directors table by 8:30 a.m. Jr Sr st trophy and sash, 2nd and 3rd medals.

We will attempt to have open events before PAGEANT events. If pageant events are on before the open events, you MUST compete in the pageant event first. N.S.F. CHECKS will be charged a $35.00 fee. Sorry, NO refunds. Online entry only. Entry changes after the entry deadline will be charged a $10.00 fee UNLESS a 1st place win forces you to advance to a higher division. Call immediately to change entry. Entries that are incomplete, not signed, or that do not include payment will NOT be processed until the problem is corrected. (Entry available at Fine Design is the t-shirt vendor for the Miss Majorette of Ohio Pageant. They will be available at the competition for your customized t-shirt purchases. Program Book: Pre-order your program book with your entry for $5.00. The program will include information about the contest and lane assignments.
