Name and surname on entry form to be used as payment reference. Entries are not refundable! NO LATE ENTIES WILL BE ACCEPTED!. Please Note: The OGANISE does not hold itself responsible for any injury or loss caused to any persons during the course of this competition. NO cooler bags food etc will be allowed into the venue! Strictly no video cameras allowed! No videoing at all throughout the duration of the competition. No Video Licenses at this event! Supplied Dance Music Dancers using specific music must hand in thier CD s (No MP3 CD s or MP3 players) upon registration, at least 1 hour prior to the section being danced. CD s must be in their protective cover and clearly marked with Dancers name, Dance Title, Category, Age Group and Studio. 1 Soundtrack Per CD. Please carry Backups. The Event Coordinators and sound engineer will not be responsible for the quality of recordings or for recordings that cannot be read by the cd players at the competition. Closing Date for all entries: 2 November 2018 Late Entries will be accepted until 5 November 2018 with an additional 30 Penalty fee.
