Loaves and Fishes is the soup kitchen at The Magnificat House, a ministry dedicated to meeting the comprehensive needs of the destitute through food, shelter, mental health, and work programs. The kitchen annually serves 75,000 meals to Houston s hungry. Deacon David Johnson, from STM Church, is very involved in this ministry and welcomes any help that we can give them. Why weigh down your pockets? Donate your extra pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters and put them to good use making a change in some one else s life. From Monday, April 25, through Friday, May 6, each student is encouraged to contribute their loose change. Each home room will have a Caring Coin Jar! Make your jar overflow with coins! DON T FORGET - The homeroom class who donates the most money will receive a pizza party.
