3 Overview of Towns 4 Troops Our Past Towns 4 Troops has evolved out of the continued support and growth of the Iron Chef Style bbq competition. The BBQ competition originated through members of the Harriman Engine Company #1 discussing the need to outreach and assist active duty military personal. We have had the privilege and joy of being teamed with the great organizations; American Legion Post 488 of Lakes road as well as the Patriot Breakfast Club over the past three years who have been our stepping stone to the organization we are today. They have provided the support and knowledge, allowing us to grow into our own organization. We look forward to their continued support and partnership as we move forward as Towns 4 Troops Who we are Rick Walls President Sean Lowe Vice President Peter McGoldrick Treasurer April Lowe Secretary Why We so often take for granted the luxury of taking our wife s and husbands out to dinner, planning a night with friends to watch the big game, sharing a holiday meal or being at the hospital when your child is born. This moved us to create an event to raise funds to be able to support just that, for those who protect and support us so faithfully.

4 Iron Chef 2017 What to Expect? A FUN filled day, packed with excitement shared with family, friends and our very own First Responders from Marines, Army, EMS, Police and Fire! You can t buy Happiness, but you Can buy BBQ and that is virtually the same thing ~wise people Come join us from 1pm 6pm for a day of competition, good food and comradery. At Black Rock Fish and Game Club 5 Pleasant Hill Rd/ Rt 32, Mountainville, NY Event starts at 1pm with a Crowd participation appetizer round. Where you will have the opportunity to meet the teams, taste samples of food they have prepared and cast your vote for the best team! We will keep the day rolling as we transition to the Iron Chef style main event, mystery ingredients and all, where you will see our teams of first responder chef s go head to head to create a fantastic meal for our celebrity panel of Judges! Cheer on your favorite team as the clock ticks down to presentation time where they will compete for the firstplace trophy, bragging rights and a day with Brothers BBQ pit masters! Family? Kids? No problem! We will have entertainment for all ages from bounce castle to face paint, live band to Military presentation of the colors, Raffles to prizes such as a smoker, a signed book of Robert Irvine and so much more!

5 How to get involved We encourage you to get involved in one of these three easy ways below. We know your recognition and support will make this year s event a success and a great day for your team and or business. Sunday, July 23, 2017 / 1:00 6:00 PM TEAM Do you have what it takes to join us in this year s competition? Teams of four chefs are competing head to head for this years coveted trophy. An entry fee of $30 will include an event t shirt for each chef and BBQ food throughout the day. First place prize is an invitation to spend the day with Brothers BBQ in New Windsor. Learn their secrets that make them so successful and conclude with a dinner for your team. VENDOR A $50 entry fee will include 2 tickets to enjoy the BBQ & space in our vendor arena. SPONSOR We invite your business / organization to join us for a day of fun in the sun and cheer on our hometown hero s. Watch the teams compete against each other in this timed event prepared in front of celebrity judges. * Seats are available on the celebrity judge s panel* contact on how to apply. Captain s level at $100. Includes 2 entry tickets to our day long BBQ & sponsor recognition. Colonel s level at $200 includes all the above plus 2 event t shirts. Chief s level at $300 includes, 4 entry tickets, 2 event t shirts top billing for sponsorship & samples of the chef s entries throughout the day. Five General $500 Includes, 4 Entry tickets, 2 event t shirts top billing for sponsorship & samples of the chef s entries throughout the day and special recognition during awards ceremony.
