APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes approved IV. OFFICER S REPORT (3 Minutes per Speaker) a. Chairperson s Report i. Inn & Out Event went well and we got positive feedback from the students. 489 students were served. ii. ASU attended a leadership conference last weekend and we interacted with community colleges from California from which we receive good ideas for our ICC. b. Chief Delegate s Report November 8, 2001 page 2/6

In the conference that we attended I received a power point presentation that is based on setting goals and if anyone is interested in receiving a copy please let me know at the end of the meeting. ii. Plant Facilities is giving us four temporary posting boards and it is up to us to decide where we would like them to be locate. I am looking for suggestions so please let me know of any ideas. c. Club Delegate s Report i. AFFF Focused on fundraising and on a CPR class in December, $74 fee date TBA ii. A. J. Blood drive moved to December, flyer will be presented at the next meeting, they will be giving free ice cream in return for blood. iii. Acc. C Nov. 11 culture activity, Nov 18 firm visiting meeting with president of company. Visit the for more information. iv. Chatting Hands- Def 7pm doors its about a def teen living in NY. v. Leon, ASU Historian, Asked clubs to please check your information on the school s web page is correct. December 2 nd is the last days to turn in boxes for less fortunate kids. Flyer was handed out. b. Wendy, ASU Treasure, Month of November will only have 1 BAC meeting so please make sure you get all your paperwork turned in on time if your will be requesting money form ASU. Attach all documents that pertain to the paperwork. c. Jose, Senator of Political Activism, asked for feed back on inn and out. Stated that he is thinking of brining Tommy s and veggie burgers for Spring Semester. VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS Motion to move out of Order by Vincent - Sociology e. Occupy ELAC Moving back to Order i. To join committee ask and join inn be apart of the board- word of mouth, meetings today E3 6:00pm Tents will be donated. ii. Question By Vincent- Asked for the Mission statement. Angie said she would get it to him. iii. Booth/ Tents, ESPA- food committee park iv. Set up will be Sunday; PEP Squad offered to help v. Set up 2:00pm 1 on Monday. Copy of Agenda. Random Acts of Kindness, Sociology, ESPA. vi. Restrooms E1 No portal potties. Clean Campus. vii. Showers will be available viii. MEChA asked for an agenda. ix. Food donations were requested, anything is helpful. x. Some regulations are keep it peaceful at all times, go to class, Behave well, respect others, xi. No Costumes. a. 5 i. Bond Fire= December 17 th, Sociology club will like to have a Bond Fire and they are requesting all clubs join if they are interested. ii. Concert= Tabled by Vincent to next ICC Meeting. a. Because of Parliamentary language some students felt uncomfortable, SER expressed their concern. b. It has been agreed that we will make another Parliamentary workshop for the students that are interested. c. Bruce was suggested. iii. Cook Off= December 15 th Thursday time and location TBA. b. Follow up with Money Approval i. Clubs that have been approve for their seed money please follow up with us in about 3 week. ii. By the third week you should all have your money in the account. iii. $2, is the limit for match funding in one fiscal year. c. Posting/ Fundraising Regulations i. Blue Tape= Clubs please remember to only post with blue tape, anything that is posted with anything else other than Blue painters tape will be removed. ii. Removal of Posters= Don t forget to remove posters or flyers after the event has taken place. We will send s to advisors and students to notify them of the posters. After the warnings there will be consequences. iii. Clean Up= After an event please clean up after your selves. We need to keep our campus clean. This also includes flyers. iv. No Posting on G1 or E1= Change; E1 is okay to post on however G1 we will not be able to post on because there is no student traffic. d.
