3 Level 1 AIMS A level 1 rope access technician shall be capable of performing a limited range of rope access tasks under the supervision of a level 3 rope access technician. Understand and implement rope access procedures, work methodology, and risk assessment; Be responsible for the correct inspection of his/her PPE before using it; Be able to carry out the basic set up of anchors and other operations under the guidance of a higher level technician; Carry out simple rescue and descent through independent ropes and have knowledge of lifting systems in rescue facilities. DURATION OF TRAINING Access Level 1: 40 h (5 days) + 1 assessment day. REQUIREMENTS Registration form; Medical certificate of fitness; 2 photos (passport size); Copy of the CC / ID or Passport; Minimum age: 18 years. VALIDITY Certificate valid for 3 years.

4 Level 2 AIMS A Level 2 rope access technician shall be able to carry out complex tasks under the supervision of a Level 3 technician. Master the skills and knowledge covered in Level 1; Carry out the set-up of complex anchors, including in confined spaces, shunts, and tensioned ropes; Carry out rescues in various situations; Set up and implement lifting / rescue systems; Know the different work techniques, legislation, work procedures, and risk assessment. DURATION OF TRAINING Access Level 2: 40 h (5 days) + 1 assessment day; Direct Access to Level 2: 56 h (5 days) + 2 assessment days. REQUIREMENTS Registration form; Medical certificate of fitness; 2 photos (passport size); Copy of the CC / ID or Passport; Minimum age: 18. Access from Level 1 to Level 2 Show logbook with over 1000 hours signed and possess Level 1 for over a year. Revalidation of Level 2 or Access from Level 1 to Level 2 after the Level 1 or 2 certificate has expired Show logbook and verify framework with the IRATA (TACS and Procedures for IRATA Registration and Direct Entry). Direct access to Level 2 Experience in rope access; Submit to be checked by IRATA. VALIDITY Certificate valid for 3 years.

5 Level 3 AIMS A Level 3 rope access technician is responsible for the knowledge and application of procedures for rope access, work methodology, and associated risk assessments. Master the skills and knowledge covered in Level 2; Carry out advanced rescues; Understand the IRATA system, including the IRATA certification system, TACS, and ICOP; Master various work techniques, legislation, work procedures, and risk analysis; Master complex anchor set ups and advanced rescue techniques. DURATION OF TRAINING Access Level 3: 40 h (5 days) + 1 assessment day. REQUIREMENTS Registration form; Medical certificate of fitness; 2 photos (passport size); Copy of the CC / ID or Passport. Revalidation of Level 3 and access from Level 2 to Level 3 Show logbook with more than 1000 hours, signed, and possess Level 2; certificate in first aid for over a year (minimum 20 hours). Revalidation of Level 3 or Access from Level 2 to Level 3 after Level 2 or 3 certificates have expired Show logbook and verify framework with the IRATA (TACS and Procedures for IRATA Registration and Direct Entry). VALIDITY Certificate valid for 3 years.
