1 Venues ern Counties Hockey Association Clubs In2Hockey Josephine Carr 7 th April 2017 Venue U12 Tournaments Sunday 30 th April 2017 U12 Boys and Girls will be held at Merchant Taylors School, Sandy Lodge Lane, Moor Park HA6 2HT Merchant Taylor Pitch Rules: Parents may not enter the pitch area; All teams must vacate the pitches when not playing. Team debriefs must take place off the pitch. Please dispose of your litter in the bins provided No dogs are allowed on site Matches The first named team will provide the match ball. The second named team will change shirts / wear bibs if colours clash. Please bring a set of bibs U12: All pool matches are 15 minutes one way. Knockout games are 10 minutes each way with 2 minutes half time and if tied go straight to penalty strokes In pool matches the first named team will defend the end closer to the main viewing area and start with the ball In the knock-out matches a toss will be made as in standard hockey. 2 First Aid Teams are responsible for all the first aid requirements of their team. Rules and Regulations The applicable tournament rules are the rules for the National In2Hockey Tournament, of which this event forms a part. All teams are required to complete a team sheet. Players may not play in both the U10 and U12 events. Click here to download the full In2Hockey rules. Umpires We are expecting only ONE neutral umpire. All clubs must provide an umpire who may be asked to do any match from the first game in the event to the game after their team has been eliminated. Club umpires will be asked to umpire the games before and after their team s games. Tournament Officials These events are being organised by Josephine Carr, josephine@southhockey.org.uk. She should be contacted for all general queries. The TDs for the event are Josephine Carr and Tony Hilton. Please contact Josephine should you be delayed by traffic problems on the day itself. Tony Hilton (tony@southhockey.org.uk) will be handling the finance. Invoices will be issued to clubs once all qualifiers are known. Unless instructed otherwise, a single invoice will be raised for all In2Hockey from a single club including both genders and both age groups. Under 12 Girls Page 2
