Only the winning teams and individual winners of the 11SPORTS Inter School State Championships, 2018 can participate in the National Championships. All players in the Team events are also eligible to participate in the respective Individual events. 2. All the matches will be played in accordance with the rules and regulations as approved by TTFI and as adopted by 11SPORTS. The players of a team taking part in a team match shall be dressed uniformly with the possible exception of socks. Opposing players and pairs shall wear shirts that are of sufficiently different colors. 3. TTFI approved Stiga Table Tennis Tables and Balls will be used. 4. It is mandatory to produce a photo eligibility certificate issued by the Principal / School Head certifying the class / standard of study and date of birth. 5. Events will be held as below: i. Team Events Sub - Junior Girls Team: For Girls studying in up to 7 th Class/Standard only. 2. Sub - Junior Boys Team: For Boys studying in up to 7 th Class/Standard only. 3. Junior Boys Team: For Boys studying in 8 th, 9 th &10 th Class/Standard only. 4. Junior Girls Team: For Girls studying in 8 th, 9 th & 10 th Class/Standard only. ii. Individual Events Sub - Junior Girls - For Girls studying in up to 7 th Class/Standard only 2. Sub - Junior Boys - For Boys studying in up to 7 th Class/Standard only 3. Junior Girls - For Girls studying in 8 th, 9 th &10 th Class/Standard only 4. Junior Boys - For Boys studying in 8 th, 9 th &10 th Class/Standard only 5. Senior Girls - For Girls studying in 11 th & 12 th Class/Standard only 6. Senior Boys - For Boys studying in 11 th & 12 th Class/Standard only 6. Format of play: Team Events will be held in 2 Stages Stage 1 - League: All teams in each category will be divided in groups of 3 or 4 teams and will play a round robin league within the group. Top two teams in each group will qualify for Stage 2. The seeding of the teams will be done jointly by the Referee and Tournament Director, taking into consideration the National ranking of the players of each team. Their decision shall be final in this regard. Stage2 - Knock out: The qualified teams will be redrawn after the completion of the Stage 1, as per the rules and regulations of TTFI. All the matches will be on knock out basis. Teams in the same group in Stage 1 will be drawn in different halves in Stage 2.

4 Match Playing Format: All team ties will be played on Corbillion Cup System. The match order will be - A vs X, B vs Y, Doubles, A vs Y, B vs X. All matches will be decided by best of 5 games. A team winning three matches will be declared the winner of the team tie. Individual Events will be held in 2 Stages Stage 1 - League: The seedings for the first stage will be done jointly by the Referee and Tournament Director taking into consideration the National Ranking of the players. All Players in each category will be divided in groups of 3 or 4 and will play a round robin league within the group. The player who finishes as number one in each group will qualify for Stage 2. Stage2 - Knock out: The qualified Players will be redrawn after the completion of the Stage 1. All the matches will be on knock out basis. Match Playing Format: All matches will be decided by best of 5 games. 7. A Team shall consist of minimum of 2 Players and maximum of 4 Players. 8. For Team events: Merit Certificates, Medals will be awarded to Maximum 5 persons per team (4 players & 1 Official) that are Winners, Runners Up and Losing Semi Finalists. Prize money would be paid to the teams as follows: Rs. 25,000/- to the Winners, Rs. 15,000/- to the Runners Up and Rs. 7,500/- to each Losing Semi Finalist. 9. For Individual events: Merit Certificates, Medals will be awarded to the Winner, Runners Up and Losing Semi Finalists. Prize money would be paid as follows: Rs. 10,000/- to the Winner, Rs. 6,000/- to the Runners Up and Rs. 3,000/- to each Losing Semi Finalist. 10. The winning team of all categories will be the 11SPORTS Inter School National Champion Event Name and winning individual of all categories will be the 11SPORTS Inter School National Champion Event Name of that event for There shall be no entry fee. 12. Entries close at 6 pm on The draw shall take place on 28 th November, 2018 at the venue. 14. Entries are to be submitted in the attached form by from the official mail id of the School or by the respective State Associations on their letter head to the following mail ids mpttaindore@gmail.com with a copy to schools@11sports.in. However the hard copies of the entries duly stamped and signed by the Principal/Head of the School should be submitted at the venue before the start of the Tournament. 15. All eligible participants of the Team events (maximum of 4 Players and 1 Official) & Individual events (only the Player) will be provided reimbursement of maximum 3 Tier AC Train Fare on production of the required travel proof. The reimbursement amount will be calculated from the capital city of the respective state to Indore and back.

Team Events: Lodging, Boarding & Local Transport facilities shall be provided free of cost for all eligible players & officials from Lunch of 28 th November to Lunch of 3 rd December Individual Events: Lodging, Boarding & Local Transport facilities shall be provided free of cost for the eligible players from Lunch of 29 th November to Lunch of 3 rd December Tentative Schedule: Team Events will begin on 29 th November, 2018 and the Individual Events will begin on 30 th November, All official Communication / Draw shall be displayed at the venue and that alone shall be the official communication in all respects.
