4 C.B.S.E. Cluster XV Kabaddi Tournament 2018 Guidelines to be followed: 1. The date of competition is 1 ST to 3 RD September All teams have to reach the school campus by 2:00 pm on or before 31 ST August Measuring of the body weight of players will be on 31 ST August 2018.at 4:00 pm sharp. 4. Coaches and managers meeting will take place at 6:00 pm sharp on 31 ST August 2018 at 4:00 pm sharp. 5. ALL KABADDI GAMES WILL BE PLAYED ON ARTIFICIAL MATS, PLEASE NOTE DOWN CAREFULLY. Sports shoes are compulsory for every participant. 6. Charges for Food, accommodation and bedding, per day, per person is 350/-. 7. Deposit of Security is compulsory for all the teams. 8. Food Coupons for food are compulsory for all the teams till last date. 9. All the food coupons to be collected from the documents checking counter at the time of registration for the all dates 31 ST Aug. to 3 rd September Refunding of the coupons (only food) will be done after informing the food committee 24 hours before hand (as per C.B.S.E rules). 11. Each team has to deposit the security of Rs. 2000/- (In case of any team damages anything then the amount will be deducted from the security fund). 12. Every team should bring school Flag for March Past, which is compulsory for every team. 13. Kindly mention the no. of students and teachers coming along with the team on the consent letter. 14. The rules and regulations must be followed during the competition. 15. Please bring a group photograph of the team along with team in charge and the Principal. 16. Team in charge must bring proof of student's date of birth certificates, UID cards, team group photo with respective school Principal. 17. IX class students must get CBSE registration no. & X class pass students must get CBSE mark sheet. It is mandatory otherwise entrance to game will be difficult. 18. CBSE team entry documents should be duly attested by the school Principal.

5 19. Pure vegetarian food will be served by the organizing school. 20. Please send all the details of your schedule (when and how team will reach & means of transport). 21. We will pick up the teams from Dharuhera bus stand. 22. During the match if any objection is to be raised then an appeal must be filed to the protest committee. (Principal of the hosting school.) 23. Regarding any information you may ask 24. If the student s DOB is before the 1st January 2000, he or she is not eligible for the tournament. It means date for calculating of the age of the player will be calculated from 31 st December Tournament will be conducted on knock out system. 26. No team is allowed to participate without team coach/ manager/ physical teacher. 27. Each team consists of minimum 10 & maximum 12 players. 7 players will take the ground at a time and remaining players will be on the substitute. 28.
