LEVEL 7 *new*: 7 years (2009) LEVEL 6 *new*: 8 years (2008) LEVEL 5: PRE LEVEL 4: 8 years (2008) LEVEL 4: LEVEL 3: LEVEL 2: FIG: Competition Entry ENTRY FEE: 30 per Gymnast. 9 years (2007), 10 years (2006) & 11+ years (2005 & older) 9 years (2007), 10 years (2006), 11 years (2005) & 12+ years (2004 & older) 10 years (2006), 11/12 years (2005/2004) and 13+ years (2003 & older) 11 years (2005), 12/13 years (2004/2003) and 14+ years (2002 & older) 12/13 years (2004/2003), 14/15 years (2002/2001) and 16+ years (2000 & older) Entry Fee includes event T-shirt and a 5.00 Quatro Gymnastics leotard voucher that can be either redeemed against leotard purchases at the event or via online sales prior to December 31 st 2016 via an online code on the voucher. T-Shirt Sizes are as follows (please pre-order on your entry form): 5-6 / 7-8 / 9-11 / / Small / Medium / Large / X-Large All competing gymnasts must be current Associate Members of British Gymnastics. All Coaches accompanying gymnasts must be current and Full Members of British Gymnastics as well qualified to the level of the participants performance. Gymnasts turning 6 years (2010) or younger, are not permitted to enter. How to Enter & Pay Complete the online Entry Form accessible from the homepage of or by typing the following in your browser: Entry fees are fully refundable if a gymnast is withdrawn prior to the entry closing date Friday September 23 rd. Withdrawals received after this date are non-refundable however, the withdrawn gymnast will still receive their event t- shirt, leotard voucher and entry pass to the day of the competition they had been entered in. Payment can be made either by Cheque or, Internet Bank Transfer; details are outlined on the Entry Form. Entries will be processed on receipt of payment. You will also be ed confirmation upon receipt of payment. Any late entries will incur a 100 penalty fee. 1

2 Judge Provision Clubs entering the Quatro Cup are required to nominate and supply the number of judges as per below: If you have entered 1 gymnast: You are not required to supply a judge If you have entered between 2 & 8 gymnasts: You are required to supply 1 judge who can judge 1 whole day If you have entered between 9 & 14 gymnasts: You are required to supply 1 judge who can judge 2 whole days OR 2 judges that can judge 1 whole day each If you have entered 15+ Gymnasts: You need to supply 1 Judge who can judge 3 whole days OR 2-3 Judges who can judge whole days totalling 3 days Please ensure all judges nominated hold a current judging award at the level of the gymnasts entered. Clubs need to pay a fee a for each judge they are unable to provide or, if any of their nominated judge(s) fails to show at the event. All judges will be fed & watered J! Awards, Prizes & Presentations The overall individual winner, within each level & age group, will receive an AA gold medal and an A5 size photograph supplied by BC Gym Photos The overall 2 nd and 3 rd winners within each level & age group, will receive an individual AA silver / bronze medal and an A5 size photograph supplied by BC Gym Photos The overall 4 th to 8 th placed gymnasts within each level & age group, will receive an individual AA rosette award The overall team winners, within each level & age group, will receive team gold medals, a trophy supplied by Quatro Gymnastics and a 10 x 8 photograph supplied by BC Gym Photos The 2 nd and 3 rd place team winners, within each level & age group, will receive team silver / bronze medals. Team entry will be automatic and free of charge providing a club can nominate a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 5 gymnasts within each level and age group for levels 7-3 or within each level only for level 2 & FIG. The 3 highest scores achieved on each apparatus will count towards the team total. There is no limit upon how many teams a club can enter however, they must be clearly denoted on your entry form. Teams may be altered prior to the start of the competition if a team member has to withdraw from the competition due to illness or injury. Please Note - Team entry is for clubs only. Gymnasts registered with different clubs may not combine to form teams. A special artistry award will be presented by Quatro Gymnastics to a gymnast that performs with outstanding artistry and expression on beam, floor or both apparatus. Apparatus Certificates will be presented by the judges at each piece based on the gymnast s E-Panel deductions on each apparatus based on the table below: In Age Levels & FIG Gold Award Silver Award Bronze Award Vault Bars Beam Floor Level 7, 6 & 5 (all age groups) & OOA Levels Gold Award Silver Award Bronze Award Vault Bars Beam Floor There are also several spot prizes that will be awarded by the judges throughout the competition. Individual & team presentations for each level / age group will be held at the end of each competition. The Quatro Cup will be awarded at the end of the weekend. 2

3 The Quatro Cup Team Entry for the overall team trophy is free of charge and automatic providing clubs can fulfill the following: The Quatro Cup 2016 will be awarded to the club with the highest team aggregate calculated by adding the highest score achieved on each apparatus within Levels 7 and/or 6 and/or 5, Pre Level 4 and/or Level 4, Level 3 and Level 2 and/or FIG As an added twist, eligible clubs may play one Joker per level whereby each team nominates one gymnast on one apparatus for their score to be doubled towards the team aggregate (but, of course not the nominated gymnast s AA total). Each apparatus may only be used once so, choose carefully Joker Form for teams are included with this pack. Please ensure to print-off and present at registration. The wining club will be presented with the Quatro Cup 2015 (theirs to keep), a 500 voucher that can be used against bespoke Quatro Gymnastics club orders and, a 20 x 16 framed print or canvas collage (max 18 images from throughout the weekend with a central podium shot) supplied by BC Gym Photos J! Competition Criteria Gymnasts at all levels will compete one vault only. As this is also an overall team competition, all FIG age groups will be on the current Cycle 13 Code of Points thus, any BG specific Espoir, Junior & Senior rules will not apply. All In-Age Levels 4, 3 and 2 will be on the National Age Group rules (available to download from the BG website) All Out of Age Levels 4, 3 and 2 will be on the East Region rules (included with this pack) Levels 7,6 & 5 & Pre-Level 4 (all age groups) will be on the East Region rules (included with this pack) Important any changes made to the National or East Region rules prior to the event will apply If required, a board will be permitted underneath the Springboard on Bars & Beam with no penalty. If required, a 10cm mat will be permitted on Floor for any double BA salto or, on Vault for any somersault vault with no penalty On Bars, a 20-25cm mat will be permitted for Gymnasts performing R & C elements with no penalty Draft Programme & Order of Rotation The final draw will be included with your competition programme, which will be sent to you in advance. Where possible, gymnasts from the same club will be grouped together. The initial programme is outlined below. Please note that exact timings cannot be confirmed until after the entry closing date and numbers have been confirmed. Please do not approach the judges directly. 3

4 Spectator Tickets VERY IMPORTANT! It is recommended that tickets are pre-ordered via Box Office on the event website Purchasing tickets in advance is essential as space is limited and entry to the Competition cannot be guaranteed by turning up on the day. A 1.00 surcharge will be applied to each ticket not purchased in advance. Please note it is not possible to order tickets via post or telephone. Spectator charges are as follows: Adults Juniors & Concession Family (2 Adults & 2 Juniors) 1 day 10 1 day 8 1 day 30 2 days 18 2 days 14 2 days 60 3 days 24 3 days 18 3 days 80 A Junior is considered a Child who is 5-16 years old. Under 5 s will be admitted free of charge. Any person over 16 will need to purchase an Adult ticket. Concession tickets are issued to Senior Citizens (65 years and over only with identification) and registered disabled/unwaged (available with appropriate ID) Gymnast Passes are only valid for their day of competition Tickets are non-refundable but maybe exchanged for equal value or, upgraded This is a very busy and large event thus, please be aware that the main car park & roads surrounding the host venue may be full by the time you arrive. There is plenty of parking on the estate but you should ensure that you both allow sufficient time to find a space, walk to the venue and, car pool where possible. 4

5 PLAY YOUR JOKER! The Quatro Cup Team Award Each eligible club is required to nominate one gymnast within each level on one apparatus. The score for that gymnast will then be doubled toward the final Team Total (but, of course, not the nominated gymnast s individual AA total!). Each Apparatus may only be used ONCE. Thus, you will be playing a Joker on Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor - Choose carefully J! Please submit this form prior to the start your competition.
