1 Pipers Vale Challenge Invitational Date: Sunday 11 th May 2014 Venue: Pipers Vale Gymnastics Club, 7 Braziers Wood Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 0SP Closing date for entries: Friday 4 th April 2014 Entry fee: per gymnast (late entries 40.00) Payment: BACS transfer or cheque, along with completed entry form returned to Will Banthorpe (details on entry form) The Pipers Vale Challenge is designed to be an intermediate step between the NDP-style set routines and voluntary routines, to aid the development of younger gymnasts and help their progression towards FIG level routines. The competition is structured with a set routine base, with the opportunity for gymnasts to add in voluntary skills to build difficulty. Age groups O6 / U8 (born 2006/2007) gymnasts must be aged 6 (minimum) on 1 st January 2014 U10 (born 2004/2005) U12 (born 2002/2003) Open (born 2001 or earlier) Eligibility Open to gymnasts who have not previously entered a 6 piece event on FIG code this year (e.g. U12 British Champs, English Champs) Gymnasts may enter EITHER the PV Challenge or PV Cup not both Judging Each club must provide at least 1 appropriately qualified that will judge for the entire competition (i.e. morning and afternoon).
