16 Facilities Facility Rentals Rentals can be made up to one year in advance on a first come, first serve basis. Be sure to include setup and breakdown time in your rental. Events may be requested with at least 60 days notice. Non-profit status must be verified. If the room is not damaged or rental doesn't go over it s allotted time, the deposit will be returned three (3) weeks after the rental date. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to rental.
