Formed in 1908, Huddersfield Town has one of the proudest histories of any club in English football. Recognised as one of the most successful English clubs of all time, we were the first to win the English League title three times in a row in 1924, 1925 and This is a feat that has only been repeated by three other teams; Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool. The Club embarked upon a New Era when Dean Hoyle became Chairman in We are the Yorkshire Club and have formed innovative partnerships with Thornton + Ross and Puma to name a few. Our unique collaboration with charity the Yorkshire Air Ambulance has raised over 1.4 million since its inception in During the New Era, Huddersfield Town has been nominated for an impressive nine accolades at the Football League Awards, scooping the titles of Family Club of the Year and Best Matchday Programme as well as being highly commended in the Marketing and Community categories. A ten point pledge has been outlined by the Board of Directors which underpins the Club s values. 9 HOW TO BUY TICKETS H In person uddersfield Town offers three easy ways of buying tickets; you can either buy in person, over the phone or online. This is your guide to buying tickets. At the Stadium ticket office situated to the left of the Main Reception in the Revell Ward Stand. Our friendly Ticket Office staff will be on hand to deal with any ticket enquiries. Over the Phone You can also purchase tickets over the telephone the dedicated Ticket Office Line is Online Tickets (Click the button to buy online now) Simply search find the Tickets tab at the top of the home page and click BUY ONLINE. This dedicated ticketing website enables you to purchase home and away match tickets plus official away coach travel. An added feature is that you can print your home match tickets at home with no booking fee. We pride ourselves as being a family club, therefore we have a dedicated family area for home fans which offers great value for money for families whilst keeping the children entertained. When purchasing your tickets look out for the Fantastic Media Stand Upper Tier. Booking Fees With the exception of print at home and cash purchases all tickets are subject to booking fees: Online 1.25 per ticket plus 50p per transaction postage. After approx 2 miles, follow the signs for the John Smith s Stadium turning left onto Castlegate ring road, turn left onto Leeds Road (A62), then follow the official car park signs. M62 East/North Exit M62 at Junction 25, turn left and follow signs for Hudds Town centre (A62), then follow the official car park signs. M1 South Exit M1 at Junction 42 and continue west on M62. Exit M62 at Junction 25, turn left and follow signs for Hudds Town centre (A62), then follow the official car park signs. Train/Foot or Bus The nearest train station to the stadium is Huddersfield train station. It s approximately a 15 minute walk from the station to the stadium but there are regular busses along Leeds road from the town centre to the stadium. Another local station is Deighton train station which is approximately a 20 minute walk along Leeds Road. This station isn t an express stop and can t be accessed from express trains. 19 Say Hello To The Town Family! Huddersfield Town has a team of match day staff who want to help improve your experience at home fixtures the Town Family! Dressed in bright green uniforms with Here to Help on the back, the Town Family are positioned in the Family Zone on home match days to help out and take suggestions on how we can improve the match day experience for Town supporters. The Town Family will also have stadium maps and general information and will be of service to those seeking information on turnstiles, directions, disabled access and anything else! In addition, at select games they will also distribute information, give out stickers and goodies, take Terry the Terrier around the ground and aim to meet and interact with fans. Town s Supporter Partnerships Manager Robyn Deegan commented: We re always looking at ways in which we can improve our fans match day experience. As well as helping long-term supporters, we also need to help people who may be visiting our Stadium for the first time and the Town Family is here to cater for all supporters. They will be particularly important as we have thousands of new fans coming to the ground thanks to our Schools Focus activity. The Town Family will provide a set of friendly faces around our ground on a home match day, so if you have any constructive comments on how we can improve our service please let them know and they will relay it back to the Club.

32 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Is there car parking available at the Stadium? The two car parks at The John Smith s Stadium are the Town Avenue car park and the St Andrews Road car park. Tickets can be purchased for these areas from the stadium ticket office when you purchase your match ticket. If you view the map on page 6, there are plenty of external car parks within walking distance of the ground that you can turn up and pay on the gate. Can I buy Give Us An H at a different time if I can t make the match? Yes. You can also purchase GUAH from our Stadium Superstore. Or to buy online visit htafcmegastore.com. Can I take my children to PPG Canalside? Yes. As a club we pride ourselves in focusing on our relationship with families. PPG Canalside is the perfect family environment pre and post match. We have Sky Sports, to watch early and late matches. We also hold Q&A sessions with ex players and town officials prior to kick off on a Saturday, check our website for upcoming Q&As and more details about the club. Do I have to pay for a toddlers ticket? Yes. If a child is able to walk, then you will have to purchase a ticket for them to access the ground.
