10 HOW TO PLAY FALLEN OAK FRONT 9 Hole #1 543 yard PAR Average: Rank: 13 Tee shot for this accessible dogleg-left plays over and along a winding stream. The golfer s next shot requires accuracy, either to the fairway that skirts the edge of the stream and pond, or to the right of the left green guarded by water on the left side. Hole #2 455 yard PAR Average: Rank: 8 Strong dogleg-left plays from an elevated tee to a right-to-left fairway which is bunkered on the left side. Long and narrow green is silhouetted by a beautiful marsh on the third hole and is framed by three grand Live Oaks on right. Hole #3 193 yard PAR Average: Rank: 6 First of the par threes plays over a spectacular natural marsh. Pools of water and marsh grasses front the slightly right-to-left green and the fairway approach. This splendid marsh can be seen from four holes on the front nine. Hole #4 423 yard PAR Average: Rank: 1 Large Oaks dominate left-to-right golf hole from tee to green. The back tees sit on a large lake accompanied by a Water Oak. The fairway and green are carved out of an Oak and Holly forest. The elevated left-to-right green is bunkered on the right side and guarded by leaning Live Oaks. Both are left of the green and short right. Hole #5 433 yard PAR Average: Rank: 3 Tees for this long downhill par-4 sit atop a hill. It boasts a panoramic view of the sixth green and the seventh and eighth holes. The great Oaks on the hill and the marsh on the seventh hole foreshadow the holes to come -- a tee shot through a chute of trees to the fifth fairway. The fifth fairway is silhouetted long right by an old Live Oak and Pecan Groves in the distance. The demanding approach to this right-to-left green plays down the edge of the Pecan Grove and projects out into the lake to the green. Hole #6 520 yard PAR Average: Rank: 18 Tee shot plays out of the stately Pecan Grove and into the old Live Oak Grove. The approach ascends out of the Oak Grove to a green set in the saddle of the hill. The green is bunkered short left and sits amongst many large Oak trees looking across to the seventh hole. Hole #7 330 yard PAR Average: Rank: 15 Short, drivable par-4 is a classic risk-reward golf hole providing dramatic elevation change from tee to green. A well-hit drive will carry the landing area and release towards the left-to-right green surrounded by a marsh. An errant driver right of the fairway will find the marsh; a long iron or fairway wood will be the safe play. Elevated tees provide a spectacular view of the fairway framed by Oaks and bunkers right and left of the landing area. Hole #8 186 yard PAR Average: Rank: 10 Mid-length par-3 plays across another beautiful marsh to a right-to-left green bunkered on the left side. The green is framed and silhouetted by Oaks on all sides. The back left pin placements are isolated by a ridge that runs through the green. One extra club on this hole is a safe play. Hole #9 422 yard PAR Average: Rank: 2 Straight hole plays from an elevated tee to a fairway bunkered down the right side. In the distance, the clubhouse sits perched above the left-to-right green that is protected on the right side by an expansive marsh. The eighteenth green and the tenth tees can be seen through the trees that silhouette this green.

11 HOW TO PLAY FALLEN OAK BACK 9 Hole # yard PAR Average: Rank: 14 Plays straight away from the elevated tee complex that sits across a marsh from the eighteenth green. The golf hole favors a left-to-right shaped approach shot to the amphitheatre green, which sits above a pit area that guards the front and right portion of the green. Hole # yard PAR Average: Rank: 10 A great beginning to the next seven holes that are carved into the existing undulating forest. The tees hang above a pit area and play across a wetland to the right-to-left fairway. The left side bunkers guard the inside of the dogleg as well as the best angle into the linear green, bunkered on the right side. Hole # yard PAR Average: Rank: 12 The Live Oak arching out into the left rough and the large Water Oaks down the right rough frame this dramatic tee shot over a wetland. The tee shot should favor the left side of the fairway which will provide the best angle to the downhill approach shot to the left to right green. Hole # yard PAR Average: Rank: 16 A wonderful dogleg left slowly climbing up the natural terrain to the green. The fairway winds its way through large Water Oaks and many bunkers to a green hanging above a large grass low, guarding the front and left of the putting surface. This right-to-left green is silhouetted by one of the largest Water Oaks on the property. Hole # yard PAR Average: Rank: 7 A great little downhill par-3 that will only demand a short iron. Precision will be essential to this shot. This small, left-to-right green is protected by a bunker that wraps around its entire left side. Hole # yard PAR Average: Rank: 17 The longest hole on the course, a slow sweeping left-to-right golf hole downhill from tee to green. The right side of this hole is well-bunkered, guarding the angles to landing areas and green. The left-to-right green is silhouetted by two large Magnolias and hangs above a large grass low. A miss to the right will force a challenging recovery. Hole # yard PAR Average: Rank: 9 Mid-length par-4 plays across a wetland ravine to a left-to-right fairway well bunkered on the inside right. The approach shot to the sideways green plays up the hill and favors a left-to-right shaped shot. The fairway approach runs up to the left pins of the green that sits slightly elevated in front of a magnificent Magnolia grove. Hole # yard PAR Average: Rank: 5 Long par-3 plays across a wetland to a green that is shaped on the edge of an existing pit. A long iron or a fairway wood should favor the left side of the slightly left-to-right green. The right edge is riddled with difficult recovery shots from the pit below. Hole # yard PAR Average: Rank: 4 Both natural beauty and dramatic elevation define the finishing hole. This long par-4 plays from an elevated tee down the right side of a ravine that leads to the marsh below the eighteenth green. A right-to-left tee shot should be played off of the majestic Live Oak, for which the course is named, that sits in the right rough at the landing area. The inside left bunkers at the landing area show the edge of the ravine from the tee. The green sits down below the clubhouse, and its right-to-left angle is shaped along the edge of the marsh below. The marsh at the green overflows into a winding stream that flows into the marsh on the first and ninth holes. These marshes provide beautiful and dramatic panoramic views for the entire clubhouse area.
