15 GENERAL INFORMATION 18 Automatic Trap Machines Fred Tully and Mark Hanson are maintaining eighteen automatic GMV trap machines at the Missoula Trap & Skeet Club. These traps allow for a more even distribution of angles and an even target release time from trap to trap. This levels the playing field as best we can. Have Fred or Mark show you our improvements and trap line. Missoula Trap & Skeet Club features the best voice calls in the northwest maintained by Russ Wages. JESSE GEDDES In 2010, Jesse Geddes was killed in a tragic automobile accident and the Missoula Trap & Skeet Club lost one of it s hardest working members. At the Ron Hoppie Memorial Trapshoot, one of our non-shooting volunteers is honored in Jesse s name. Previous winners are: 2010 Nick Geddes, 2011 Laurel Tully, 2012 Bonnie Flanagan, 2013 Janie Luark, 2014 Dale Beelman, 2015 Joanna Sells 2016 Walt Moore, 2017 Candy Hawe and Ray Guschausky The Missoula Trap & Skeet Club 13

16 TARGET RE-SETTING Target re-setting will only be done by a line referee. If you want your targets re-set ask the line referee behind your trap. The line referee will re-set the trap in accordance with ATA rule XIIIE. GUNSMITH Karl McKnight of McKnight s Gunsmithing will be at the Ron Hoppie Memorial to take care of your gunsmithing needs. If you have a special problem call Karl in advance of the Ron Hoppie Tournament at or Memorial Pins will be awarded to shooters breaking 100 s in events at this tournament. 14

17 GENERAL INFORMATION Camping Camping spots with water and electricity hook-ups are available, as well as 2 on-site dump stations. A fee of $15 per night will be charged for use during the tournament and must accompany any reservation. Refunds for non-use can be obtained by notifying the Missoula Trap & Skeet Club ( ) by May 10, Be sure to check in at the clubhouse upon arrival! Send reservation requests with payment to: Missoula Trap & Skeet Club PO Box Missoula, MT Vendors Vendors are welcome, and there is no charge for vendors. Contact the Missoula Trap & Skeet Club ( ) for more information. Also check in at the clubhouse with Mark Ketcham for parking assignment when you arrive. NOTICE At this year s Hoppie Tournament the last event pay-off sheet will be posted to the club website ( and will not be mailed out. This action has been permitted by the ATA and their ruling will be posted on the ATA website. Missoula Trap & Skeet Club is pleased to have Debbie Garrin in our kitchen again this year. Please help us make her feel at home. She will be cooking Thursday 5:30 p.m., Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day. Her menu and prices will be posted. The entry fees will be added to the starting money, helping to make the payout even bigger. You must enter one or both of these options to be eligible to win.
