Vice President - Ryan Sparks: We purchased a Toro 2Wheel Drive Gator Type Vehicle Also bought a 3 Wheel Drag. Paid $5,200 for the pair. Ryan would like to coordinate and host a league camp a couple of pitching Clinics on Friday Nights (Austin Carson maybe) Ryan Sparks would like to allow Younger Divisions to use older bats during rec season. Discussions will occur. Mike will check in with neighboring Cal Ripken presidents. SCR Kids will be allowed to use same bats as last year s season. Inter League games, Mike will advise other presidents. Umpire Coordinator Rogan Rattray Rogan has a list of umpires who are available, still collecting names. No umpires for TBall or Rookies Went through shed a couple of weeks ago and needs some umpire equipment. Mike asked Rogan for a list and he ll go pick it up at Dicks. Umpire Pay Scales: $25 Minors $25 Plate / $20 Bases AAA

Austin Carson has committed to being at Tryouts to run drills. Matt would like to make it a constant flow. Mike will run scoring convention. Field Maintenance Brad Dunham Discussion about Field maintenance and that each division will be responsible for doing their own fields. They will have access to the sheds and the machines. Brad said he would be available to guide and assist. Per Sparks, Kody McGuire has built some legs for fencing. Field work parties can t start yet because of weather. We do need some weeding and edging done. Jason Silvis - Sponsor Coordinator No updates to share. Concessions Coordinator Melissa Rattray Gave info about snack shack shifts. Let coaches know that we have hired people to work concessions. Has 2 families who want to do it, she could still take a couple more.

3 There will be a new way to handle the money. The snack shack is at Jansen s house. It s repaired. The deck needs to be replaced before the season starts. Apparel Coordinator Melissa Rattray Not present Who are our vendors for shirts and hats? We used Cy graphics last year. Rock ranch for hats. We need more youth sizes. Adult Small/Medium Tball will wear black hats Team Mom Coordinator Nam Lucas Not Present President Mike Kosderka Majority of coaches and assistant coaches were here. Mike share with the coaches that we bought 12 Tons of Turface this year instead of dirt. There are 2 pallets worth of Turface in the Rookies field, and 1 pallet each in the other sheds. Mike also gave breakdown of fields. Each division will be responsible for managing their own field. Coaches who fulfil duties and return gear gets registration for one player refunded. Upcoming Events: Feb 25th Board Meeting 6:00 pm Feb 27 th TRYOUTS Board Members required to participate and assist Feb. 28 th Mar. 1 st TEAM SELECTION Board members required to participate and assist *Tollgate or Sandy Family Restaurant. 4 COACHES MEETING Begins at: 6:36pm Your GoTo person is Matt Christie. Calendar of events: Tuesday 2/27 please be at Cedar Ridge at 5:30 for tryouts Please be there the entire time to evaluate as players will be coming throughout. We don t do a hard draft, we collaborate based on scores Wednesday 2/28 Player Placement Begins (Both Majors, both AAA) Thursday 3/1 Minors, Rookies As soon as you have your team, you can reach out to your parents. We have the Kelso fields as of March 1 st. Kelso fields will be assigned for reserved practice times, but coaches are encouraged to find other fields to practice on as they would like. If you use the under cover area at any school, you must use SOFTIES. Games Start April 2 nd. Games End June 2 nd. End of the Year Party will be on Saturday, June 2 nd. We will be playing interleague with Gresham, Lakeridge, Portland. Sunday 4/15 Picture Day
