Planning & Redevelopment Department Comments: 1. Provide a pdf of the color elevations. 2. Sidewalk within the Jefferson Avenue right-of-way needs to be widened to 6 feet. 3. Western tree to be removed next to the existing building will require a tree permit. Public Works Department Comments: 1. Need drainage report to evaluate site plan and pond sizing. 2. Sidewalks need to meet minimum widths and ADA slope requirements including through driveways. Fire Department Comments: No comments at this time. 13 April 27, 2017 MA State Road 580 West - Contiguous Land Statement for Oldsmar Cares Major Amendment Application CONTIGUOUS LAND STATEMENT The City of Oldsmar, property owner of the subject property, 163 State Road 580 West, Oldsmar Florida, does not have a proprietary interest or any other contractual interest in any land which is contiguous to the subject property. CERTIFICATE FROM OWNER OF RECORD On March 21, 2017, the City Council of the City of Oldsmar approved a ground lease with Oldsmar Cares at 163 State Road West for the development of the property with office space.
