2 Dear Entrants, Judges, Volunteers and Fellow Hobbyists, Welcome to the 16th Anniversary of the North American National Model Horse Show! We are delighted to have each and every one of you involved with this event, and are looking forward to three great days of competition. With over 100 entrants and close to 3300 horses, JW Starr Pass in Tucson, Arizona is the destination to be the for the best in Model Horse showing. We hope during the next three days and the strong competition you will enjoy the camaraderie only this hobby can provide. Many of you have volunteered to help make this a memorable event, and we humbly appreciate all of you who are serving as judges, ring stewards, announcers, ribbon runners, photographers, scribes, door guards and data entry wizards. Thank you, so much. Without your help, none of this could happen. Special thanks also goes out to Kira Hamilton who makes the NAN Registration Program work each year, the NAN Registrar Jim West, Teresa Buzzell who is doing double duty as the Raffle Coordinator and Show Program creator and Stacy Becker-Faraci, this year s Sponsorship Coordinator. In this NAN Program, you will find a complete list of entrants by state, judging criteria, along with class lists and judging pools by division and day. This will be your guide to the action, which starts at 7:00 a.m. Friday morning when the show hall opens for the first time for this year s NAN. Our goal is to present a memorable North American National show, with strong judging, competitive classes, and to foster an environment of spirited and congenial competition.
