Men/ Women There is no limit for number of archers per country per each category. In order to use WAREOS login on with your USERNAME and PASSWORD assigned by the World Archery to your national Member Association. After entering WAREOS go to Online Registration to register your archers for this event. For any questions regarding WAREOS contact the World Archery Office, Ms. Raheleh Ahadpour (rahadpour@archery.org), please. Be aware that teams will not be able to enter or update data in WAREOS after the deadlines. If teams wished to make any changes to their Final Registration after the deadline, Ms. Raheleh Ahadpour should be contacted. Final entries processed after the deadline will result in a penalty fee of EUR 50,- per archer to be paid to LOC upon arrival. Final registration that differ by more than four (4) archers from the preliminary registration or have been submitted after the preliminary deadline (without preliminary entry made before) will result in a penalty fee of EUR 150,- to be paid to LOC upon arrival.

2 Note: late entries can be denied or may cause troubles with convenient accommodation and local transport due to limited accommodation capacity. Airport to the venue and back as well as between hotels and venue will be arranged by LOC upon request (LOC will extra charge EUR 60,- per person). Participation fee: EUR 660,- per participant (including accommodation, meals from Monday dinner through Monday breakfast, sports facilities, competition fee, classification, doping control) Participation Fee should be transferred to the LOC Bank Account by June 8, (Total fee of EUR 720,- for those needed local transportation). Rules: WA Para Archery Rules will apply Classes/ Divisions: Recurve Open, Compound Open for Men and Women (Individuals, Teams, Mixed Teams), Compound W1 for Men (Teams/ Individuals) and Visually Impaired. Archers with visual impairment are welcome. Rule There will be two divisions for Visually Impaired Athletes: V.I.1 and V.I.2 and V.I.3 combined. V.I.2/ V.I.3 athletes will be those who have the IBSA archery classification of B2 or B3 which is determined by the visual acuity. No classification session will be organised for Visually Impaired division on this tournament. All archers have to be classified until Monday July 6th 8 pm to be eligible to start at WRT. All Member Associations that will need classification for their archers will have to send Medical Intake Form to the World Archery Office by June 8, The Form is available on ARCHERY/Classification/Classification-Forms and/ or on

3 Archers who need classification have to report to LOC about exact time of their arrival to Nove Mesto so that LOC can make a binding time table. LOC suggests to classification attendees to be present in Nove Mesto already on Sunday July 5th. The Member Associations are required to confirm names of all archers that will need classification by June 8, Extra night of the stay (from July 5th) will be charged EUR 65,- per person.
