On Time Entries must be in by 7PM Sunday the 11 TH of November Drivers that nominate on time will receive free gate admission. See nomination forms below or go to the SRA of Vic Online nominations Conditions of Entry All competitors must have a current Sprintcar Control Council of Australia Competition licence all Sprintcars are to be SCCA registered, racing is conducted as per the current SCCA Racing Rules, Regulations and Specifications. Competitor will also be required to have a current and valid Speedway Australia Licence card. Noise Level 95 dba. Effective type mufflers must be used (Sprintcars with any straight through Knoxville type muffler will not be started under any circumstances) All Speedway Australia OH&S Pit rules and safety conditions apply at all times PROGRAM 1. Scrutineering Starts: 2.00pm 2. Scrutineering Ends: 4.00pm 3. Driver Sign In: 3.30pm 4. Drivers Briefing: 4.30pm 5. Engine Starts: Hot laps are Your Time Trials: 5.30pm 7. Racing Starts: 6.00pm PLEASE NOTE: Hot laps will be your qualifying Time trial session for your heat races. DRIVERS SPECIAL NOTE, Drivers must sign in by 3.30pm so that seeding can be organized for the HOT LAP / TIME TRIAL DRAW. Driver only can nominate. Any competitors not nominated by the 3.30pm deadline, will have their fastest time in the Hot Lap / Time Trial qualify session removed. Failure to Hot lap / Qualify in you allotted Qualifying Heat group will see the competitor not receive any qualifying points and will start at the rear of both heat races. The sprintcars must be able to complete the Hot Lap qualifying laps under their own power.

2 FORMAT Based on a forty Eight sprintcar field. (4 heats per round) The SRA of Vic & Premier Speedway reserves to right to alter the format if required. Time Trial Qualifying/ Hot Laps in heat draw order: Driver seeded into heats for Hot Lap / Time Trial qualifying, each heat group qualifying will be done in two session per group with the best times merges to create you first heat race (You only Time Trail against drivers in your first heat) (Maximum of 12 cars per qualifying session) Time Trial Qualifying, Fast time to P1 in Heat 1, 2 nd fastest to P2 and so on. Two rounds of heats per car. The second round of heats will be determined by inverting the first round draw and moving rows to different heats. Each driver will have an inside row start and an outside row start. Points obtained through the drawn Heat Hot Lap /Time Trial Qualifying will have the same points for qualifying as heats that will determine the qualifying position in the C, B and A Mains. Top 14 qualifiers after heats to A Main. Qualifiers from position 1 thru to 14 to A Main. (If Time permits WSS Shootout) Top eight Qualifiers will go to a (WSS) Bronze, Silver & Gold Shootout to determine top 8 starting position. Qualifiers from position 15 thru to 28 to B Main. First 6 in B Main to rear of A Main. Qualifiers from position 29 thru to 46 to C Main. First 4 in C Main to rear of B Main. C Main 18 cars (15 Laps) B Main 18 cars (20 Laps) A Main 20 Cars (30 Laps) Main events grids as per points highest to lowest. To split any cars on equal points the car that has recorded the fastest lap during Hot Laps / Time Trails (All time trials times merged) using the transponder system, will be deemed the higher qualifier. 3 MEETING CANCELLATION 1. If the race meeting is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances before the first event, no prize or tow money will be paid out. 2. If the meeting is cancelled before the sixth event, no prize money will be paid out. 3. If the first round of heats has been completed, prize money will be divided equally between all point scorers TRANSPONDER RACING All Sprintcars competing at this venue will be required to be fitted with an AMB Transponder for the purpose of lap scoring and timing in all events. Hire transponders are available at a cost of $30 Inc GST per night. Transponders not purchased through the System Operator at our venue will incur a service fee of $15 (incl. GST) per night. LATE NOMINATIONS Part 1 Any driver nomination received after 7PM on Sunday the 11 TH of November but before 4pm on Friday the 16 th of November will not receive free gate admission. Part 2 Any nomination received after 4pm on Friday the 16 th of November (Within 24 hours of the event) will be classified as a late nomination and the following penalties will apply. 1. There will be no free driver admission. 2. The competitor will have their best time in qualifying removed but will receive points for their qualifying spot. 3. The competitor will start at the rear of both heat races. TYRES There is NO Control tyre for this event, the tyre rule of the SCCA applies. SCCA Tyre Rule SCCA Rule Book page 62 Section (IV)
