If interested, please call City Hall at or SNOW ORDINANCE No person shall park any vehicle or permit the same to remain standing upon any public street in the City during the following times or periods: The City of Bondurant Snow Ordinance shall take effect following a declaration of same by the City Administrator or Street Superintendent. City Code Section states that vehicles must be removed from any City street by 8:00 p.m., and must remain off of the City street until 8:00 a.m., the following day, or until the snow declaration has been lifted, whichever occurs latest. Vehicles not removed by 8:00 p.m., will be ticketed for violating the City s Snow Ordinance. After being ticketed, vehicles not removed from the City streets by 8:00 a.m., the following day will be towed, with expenses for towing payable by the vehicle owner. 3 The seniors of Kasey Leigh Dance studio of Bondurant, with the help of owner/ dance teacher Kasey Knowles Braby, collected canned goods for the 2nd consecutive year at their Winter Showcase program. Items were delivered by the girls to Caring Hands Outreach Center in Altoona. Thanks for giving back to your community KLDS!
4 The Bondurant Little League is looking for community volunteers to serve on the newly formed Bondurant Recreational Sports Complex Committee. Committee members will meet approximately once per month and serve at the discretion of the Little League Executive Board. Committee members will manage 3rd party vendors, hire temporary seasonal staff, manage equipment maintenance and repair, and manage all operations of the complex. This is a rewarding opportunity to serve Bondurant's community youth while enjoying the outdoors through ground maintenance, mechanical repair, construction projects, and various other roles. Field prep is performed with paid seasonal staff. Volunteers must pass a national background check and not have been found guilty of a felony involving the use of any weapon and/or guilty of any crime against a minor. The American Heart Association collects knitted or crocheted red baby hats for its Little Hats, Big Heart Campaign. The hats are distributed to babies born in hospitals during February, American Heart Month.

The Public Works Street Department plans to begin its fall street sweeping on Monday, October 9 th. The department should be able to cover the whole town in approximately 2-3 weeks, weather permitting.
