THE RANGE The competition will take place at the shooting range Club Les Chênes de Tir et De Loisirs located 18,5km from Rabat. The shooting range has 4 combined ranges of Trap & Skeet and 1 separate range of Trap. The shooting ranges are equipped with Laporte machines. 2. EVENTS CATEGORIES Trap W 125 targets + Final Skeet W 125 targets + Final Trap M 125 targets + Final Skeet M 125 targets + Final All international and the Moroccan Shooters Men can participate to this competition initially previous for women. 3. ENTRY FEES COSTS OF TRAINING FOR INTENATIONAL SHOOTERS Entry Fees per shooter per event : Training (Trap & Skeet): 6.00 per Round (25 targets) Entry fee per Mix Event Skeet-Trap (75 targets): 100 Entry fee per Team per event: 60 Transfer from Airport to Club/Hotel Round Trip : 120,00 /person Transfer from Club to Hotel Round Trip during the competition: 15 /day/person Temporary admission of Firearms guns: 55 /gun The federal license fees: 50 /person FOR MOROCCAN SHOOTERS Entry Fees per shooter per event: Dh Training (Trap & Skeet): 6.00 per Round (25 targets) OFFICIAL TRAINING NOT INCLUTED

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT Registration, confirmation of entries, payments for entries and transfers MUST be made to the Organizing Committee at the Registration Office at the shooting club, on arrival. Start numbers will only be issued after all accounts have been fully paid and receipted by the Organizers. 5. SHOTGUN PERMITS AND CUSTOMS FORMALITIES All shooters must contact the Moroccan Shooting Federation in order to obtain a temporary firearm import permit. HOTEL THE VIEW (*****) Web site: Hotel Reservation form (Annex 4) and rooming list form (Annex 5) must be received by the Organizing Committee not later than 30 September The hotel reservation and the payment can be done directly by each athlete. The Hotel / Club transfer will be provided by the FRMTS only from the aforementioned hotels. 8. AMMUNITION The Moroccan legislation forbids the entry of cartridges to the country; only licensed importers can do so. The armory of the shooting range will provide all the necessary cartridges for training and competition (see the price list below). All information about shooter s Guns must be declared and sent not later than 24 September 2018 (Annex 2 & the Authorization). Please submit the form fully completed, signed and stamped by the Federation or club. Please do not change the forms and do not use other forms. Incomplete or incorrect Forms will not be accepted. In Morocco, all guns must be stored in the armory at the shooting range. Delegations are advised that all teams and individuals/groups arriving separately should carry a signed and stamped copy of (Annex 2 & the Authorization). (Details Form for Guns) while both entering and departing Morocco. The storage of guns in hotels and outside the shooting range is strictly prohibited. The armory will be open to facilitate the arrival of official teams until departure. WEATHER Temperatures during the period range from 16 C to 24 C. Average sunlight is 10 hours/day. Average humidity is 60% 11. DEADLINES All relevant Forms (Entry Form, Visa Request Form and Firearm and Ammunition Form) must be filled in and returned by 24 September 2018.
