A.7 ACCREDITATION OF TEAMS The registration and the accreditation of the teams will be made at the Logistics centre Culture house Nové Město na Moravě. All team accreditations and limited amount of parking cards per team (allowing for entrance and parking inside the Vysočina Arena) shall be collected in the Logistic centre. All participants must be covered by sufficient health, accident and liability insurance. By submitting the entry form the respected National Federation confirms that all persons registered are covered by the appropriate insurance (in accordance with IBU Event and Competition Rules). A.9 REGULATIONS - import and export of rifles, ammunition and radio equipment Rifle and ammunition import The import of rifles and ammunitions is free of charge based on the Invitation letter and rifle import application. The rifle import application form is attached to this official Invitation and is also available at Participants from the EU member countries have to have their European gun license and official Invitation for the event when crossing the border of the Czech Republic. Participants from countries outside the EU need to have a valid firearms accompanying document for the transit of weapons or ammunition. The document can be issued only after you send a completed application on a prescribed form to a relevant CZE consulate in your country, which then issues the firearms accompanying document based on an officially verified invitation by the organizer of the sport event. The deadline for the official invitation requests & rifle import application is 19 November. Requests for official invitation along with a filled-in rifle import application shall be adressed at kupilikova@biatlon.cz 3

4 Radio equipment Using of radios at the BMW IBU World Cup Biathlon 2016 follows these rules: Using dedicated public free radio frequencies is free of charge in the territory of the Czech Republic. The Organizing Committee offers at the same time usage of special frequencies according to the valid rate card. For detailed information about order of special frequencies and procedure see next article: Radio equipment special frequencies To avoid any potential problems and / or delays in evaluation of your request please follow this basic information: 1. In accordance with the Czech telecommunication law the request for temporary licence must be delivered to the Czech Telecommunication Office (CTO) 15 days at the earliest but no later than 3 working days before start of frequency utilisation. 2. The fee for frequencies is 3000 CZK / 110 EUR netto (any charge for international transfer must be paid by applicant) for one temporary licence. Separate individual licence is issued to each radiocommunication service (fixed, mobile, broadcasting...). The CTO will send you info for payment (number of licences) when we process the application. 3. Payment of the fee must be confirmed (e.g. scan of bank order, account statement, transaction report,...). 4. If the request is refused, the payment is sent back to the applicant. 5. Payment must be sent to the bank account of the Czech Telecommunication Office: account number: /0710 constant symbol: 308 variable symbol: 11xxxxxx (where xxxxxx means the date of start of frequency utilisation (e.g ) swift code: CNBACZPP IBAN: CZ Czech National Bank 10. CTO will perform on-site radio equipment check on all competition days. Using unauthorized radio equipment will be subject to fine according to the Czech law. Detailed information about free frequencies and information about special dedicated frequencies can be found at the event s website There you can also find the radio registration form for the BMW IBU World Cup Biathlon The deadline for submitting the form is set to 20 October A.10 VISA REGULATIONS The teams coming from visa duty countries are obliged to obtain an entry visa for their entry into the Czech Republic. The entry visa will be issued by the Czech Republic Embassy in respective countries based on the Czech Biathlon Union s Invitation letter. For the invitation letter please contact the Czech Biathlon Union address entered bellow. Citizens of the following IBU member countries need the entry visa when travelling to the Czech Republic: ARM, BLR, CHN, GEO, KAZ, KGZ, MDA, MNG, RUS, TUR, UKR, UZB. All above-mentioned NF have to send the completed form Application for Visa (the name list of participants for Visa) to the Czech Biathlon Union for authorisation. This document will be subsequently sent back for Visa application. We recommend you to send requests to the central address podatelna@ctu.cz instead of sending them directly to the address of employees. Remember that any person can be out of office. There is a risk that your request could not be handled in time. The central address is regularly checked and all the inputs are forwarded to the responsible persons. 9. 5 B.1 TRANSPORT The Organizing Committee is able to ensure one transport of the teams from the Prague Airport to Nové Město and back free of charge. Additional transport have to be payed according to the price list. Price list transport Prague NMNM/NMNM Prague Airport: 1 4 persons 150 EUR (personal car one way) 5 7 persons 200 EUR (minivan one way) 8 40 persons 500 EUR (bus one way) The OC NMNM can also offers transport from Hochfilze to Nové Město. Prices will be calculated individually depending on the number of persons (for example 40 persons/bus approx EUR). In addition, the transportation between the places of accommodation and the competition venue is organized and covered by the OC. The local transport in NMNM during competition by the shuttle buses or minivans is according to the organizer s time schedule free of charge. Transport requests must be submitted to the OC together with the entry by numbers, stating type of travel, time of arrival, number of people and amount of baggage by 19 November Ordering transport from Vienna Airport is only available upon special request. List of the hotels is part of this invitatation (see anex) and is also published on the website. Deadline for accommodation reservation is 20 October The deadline for binding changes in accommodation requests is set to 3 December 2018 the day of the official IBU online registration by names. If any accommodation is not used in full as requested or partly without submission of notice by the official deadline, the entering federation will be held liable for the costs. The entire period for which the hotel is contracted shall be paid for. Earlier departure or changes made without notification will not be considered. B.3 PAYMENT OF COSTS (IBU RULES ) The OC NMNM will pay the costs for the best 25 biathletes, male and female, accommodation and food for the maximum of 7 days (IBU Rules cat. B) up to the amount of max. 70 EUR per day. B.4 PRIZE MONEY In order to carry out the bank transfer to the athletes who have earned the prize money the following information must be provided: Account holder Name of the bank IBAN, SWIFT Account number (national), bank code number (national) All athletes who earned the prize money must come to the Competition Office in person and sign a document confirming the receipt of the Prize money. All athletes are responsible for the provision of the correct information when signing the payment form. Prize money will only be transferred to accounts confirmed by the signature. B.5 WAX TRUCKS The OC NMNM accepts the entry of wax trucks if submitted no later than 20 October National federations who arrive with a wax truck will be provided, in general, with only one additional changing container. Please send us your requirements for size and power as well. Vehicles with weight over 7.5 tones, and also vehicles over 3.5 tones with an attached trailer are prohibited to drive on Czech major roads and highways on Sundays from 13:00 22:00. Special permission may be obtained from the Czech Ministry of Transport in case of one-time sport events.
