2 Aero Club Aerolux on behalf of Aeronautical Union of Serbia invites all European NAC s (National Airsport Control) affiliated in the FAI to take part at the competition ORGANIZERS: Aeronautical Union of Serbia and Aero Club Aerolux COMPETITION CATEGORIES: F2B - AEROBATIC F2D COMBAT Both Junior and Senior events will be held in combination NOTE; With great regret, we have to announce that European Championship in Control Line will be partial hold, only in F2B and F2D categories. due to the world economic crisis, the Universiade in Begrade and because our country is overdebted, the Ministry of Sport and City Hall informed us on June 30 th, 2009 that they have no money to finish the flying sites. Thus, we had to canceled competition in F2A and F2C categories. We will return all competitors' entry fees as well as money paid for their accommodation, and real costs which had already been paid by competitors and officials in anticipation of participation. The World Cup will be hold only in 2 categories as well, F2B and F2D. OFFICIAL LAGUAGES: The official languages are English and Serbian. COMPETITION RULES: The FAI Sporting Code, Section 4, Volumes ABR and F2, edition January1 st, SITE LOCATION: The flying site is located at the Belgrade Sport Airfield Lisicji Jarak, 11 kilometers from the downtown Belgrade, to north-east, in direction of city of Zrenjanin. 3 PARTICIPATION: Every FAI affliated National Aero Club (National Airsport Control Organization) may enter a team or a competitor in each class. One team manager and one assistant team manager may also enter a competition. Supporters are invited as well. AWARDS: Trophies, CIAM medals and FAI diplomas for the first three individual places (junior and senior) and for the first three teams shall be awarded in each category. FAI SPECIFICATION CERTIFICATES: Each competitor must present a correctly and completed FAI Specification Certificate for each model entered in accordance with FAI Sporting Code. These certificates have to be confirmed and stamped by the National Aero Club (National Airsport Control Organization). Models presented for registration witch are not properly processed with FAI certificates and stickers, may be processed by the organizers at a cost of 10 Euros each. PROTEST FEE: Protest will be submitted according to the FAI Sporting Code and it must be accompanied by a fee of 35 Euros. The fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld. INTERNATIONAL ACCES: Most international airliners have regular services to Belgrade international airport Nikola Tesla. For those who will travel by car, road map is available at VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers, All volunteers who want to help in organization of EuCh 2009 in Belgrade are welcome. ENTRY FEES: 255 Euros - senior competitor 275 Euros - F2B senior competitor 200 Euros - team manager and assistant team manager 150 Euros - woman competitor 50 Euros - junior competitor 35 Euros - supporter 50 Euros - mehanic F2D IMPORTANT : Final date for entry fees is the 1 st May, A surplus charge of 15% will be made on those payment received form 1 st May to 31 st May,2009. and an additional 25% surplus charge will be made on payments received 1 st June to 10 th June All payments made after 10 th June 2009, will be charged with additional 50% surplus charge on the original entry fees. 5
