5 Survey Description 7 page survey Methodology took approximately 20 minutes to complete asked many of the same questions from 2008 and 2010 Method of Administration by phone random sample of residents living in the City Sample size: 400 completed surveys Confidence level: 95% Margin of error: +/- 4.9% overall 5
6 The City of Rolla is Moving in the Right Direction The City of Rolla is Setting the Standard for Service Delivery Compared to Other Cities In order to continue moving in the right direction, the City of Rolla may wish to emphasize improvements in the following areas: Maintenance of streets, buildings and facilities Flow of traffic and congestion management Enforcement of city codes and ordinances 6
