3 1. Introduction The City of Ponza and the Polisportiva Ponza have outlined the guidelines and routes for the Sprinters project, which will involve the territory and the natural areas. Below is the program and the dates. Organization of the Race 1) GARA DI CANOA: SABATO 20 MAGGIO 2017: GIROPONZA ROWING FOR EUROPE DISTANZA: 12 KM - DIFFICOLTA : MEDIA TIME: 1-1/2 h The route will see the departure of the canoes from the Bourbon Harbor of Ponza, and below the coast will arrive at the island of GAVI, then circumnavigare, following the same route, in total about 6,6Km (see annex)

5 GARA DI CANOA: SABATO 20 MAGGIO 2017: GIROPONZA ROWING FOR EUROPE DISTANZA: 12 KM - DIFFICOLTA : MEDIA TIME: 1-1/2 h On May 20, the island of Ponza was thrilled with the presence of amateur athletes registered at "Giro

6 Ponza". In the morning, in the suggestive panorama of the Bourbon Harbor, the challenge of the canoe race started at a distance of 12 km. Athletes reached Gavi Island and then crossed the port again. The windy day did not stop the audacity of athletes, thanks also to the impeccable organization of the project manager, Dr. Ferdinando Femiano, have made the organization very reliable. GIROPONZA RACE The Canoa GIROPONZA race started at the European Project SPRINTERS, the route involved about 12km of crossing at sea, and despite the bad weather and stormy weather, the competition took place regularly and saw the involvement of Several volunteers as well as competent police forces. The attendees attended the event were about 60, of different ages and sex and country. City Ponza Conference Sports and Public Health The themes of "Sport and Public Health" were discussed and discussed during the conference held in the afternoon in the presence of local authorities. At Hotel Santa Domitilla The dr. Riccardo Viola, regional president of CONI, during his speech, highlighted some sensitive points. Ferdinando Femiano, manager of "Sprinters Ponza 2017", explained the project to about fifty members present on the spot, highlighting the originality of the ideas.

7 The insight of the Mayor of the Island, who with great sense of participation has started the work, has to be met. He underlined the importance of drawing up a new network for the tourist-friendly country, for a small area such as Ponza, to draw on European projects. COLLABORATORI VOLONTARI Thanks to the definition of a territorial agreement with the "ITT CARLO PISACANE" High School on the island of Ponza, Polisportiva has recruited around 20 volunteer collaborators, who have had a lot of professionalism at both the competition and the conference. COMMUNICATION RACE At the event and the conference, the Amusement Park Polisportiva Ponza and the City shared the aspects of Communication on the territory and the web-media.
