1 Astro Special Terms & Conditions for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia ( Special Campaign ) 1. These Astro Special Campaign Terms and Conditions for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia are intended to be read together with the Astro General Terms & Conditions. In the event there is a conflict, these Special Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 2. This Special Campaign is for the period of 14 June 2018 to 15 July 2018 (Malaysian Time) ( World Cup Period ). Total matches for this 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia is 64 matches. The final match is on 15 July 2018 at 2300 hours (Malaysian time). 3. For the purposes of this Special Campaign, the following terms shall have the following meaning: World Cup Channel Pass means access to all 64 live matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia on *two (2) standard definition and two (2) high definition channels, Stadium Astro, Astro GO and Njoi Now. These channels will broadcast all 64 live matches LIVE, repeat matches, as well as news coverage, talk shows and match highlights. *customers with b.yond boxes World Cup Channel Match Pass means a pass to watch one Live match World Cup Channel Group Pass means a pass to watch LIVE matches of one selected Group World Cup Channel Knock Out Pass means a pass to watch all matches in the Round of 16, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals, 3 rd Place Match and Finals 4. Purchase of World Cup Channel Pass on: i. Astro Pay-TV All purchases of the World Cup Channel Pass will only be billed in June 2018 and GST rate will be 0%. ii. Astro GO, NJOI Prepaid and NJOI Now From 23 May 2018 until 31 May 2018, GST will be absorbed by Astro for purchase of the World Cup Channel Pass. Starting 1 June 2018, GST rate will be 0% for purchase of the World Cup Channel Pass. 5. The World Cup Channel passes are made available to the following customer group in the manner as set out in the table below. All price show in this document are excluding GST.

The aforesaid Astro customers must maintain their sports package subscription during the duration of the World Cup to enjoy the complimentary World Cup Channel Pass.

3 Purchase of World Cup Channel Pass/Match Pass/Group Pass/Knock Out Pass 7. Any existing /new Astro customer who subscribes to any of Astro s sports packages (Super Pack Plus/Super Pack/Sports Pack/Fans Pack) on or after 7 June 2018 will be able to purchase the World Cup Channel Pass at RM100 (excluding GST). 8. Any existing/new customer who do not subscribe to any of Astro sports packages (Super Pack Plus/Super Pack/Sports Pack/Fans Pack) but wish to purchase the World Cup Channel Pass shall be entitled to purchase the World Cup Channel Pass at RM100 (excluding GST). 9. Before 6 th June 2018, multiroom subscribers World Cup Channel Pass will be mirrored to Multiroom as long as the customer s primary account is subscribed to Sports Pack. On and after 7 th of June onwards, Multiroom customers need to purchase the World Cup Channel RM100 per smartcard to access to World Cup content. 10. Mini Multiroom customers need to purchase the World Cup Channel Pass at RM100 per smartcard (excluding GST) to access the World Cup content. 11. NJOI customers are advised to purchase the World Cup Channel Pass via channel 200 (NJOI Self Service Portal) to enjoy the World Cup Channel Pass at RM100 (excluding GST). A purchase for the World Cup Channel Pass via any other channel will not entitle the NJOI customers to the same price of RM100 (excluding GST) 12. Standalone Passes for Astro GO and NJOI Now are available as follows: i. For Astro customers: Astro Customers can purchase the Match (RM5.00) Group (RM20.00) Knockout Stage (RM25.00) World Cup Channel Pass (RM100) ii. For non-astro & NJOI Now customers: Non-Astro & NJOI Now Customers can purchase the Match (RM6.00) Group (RM25.00) Knockout Stage (RM30.00) World Cup Channel Pass (RM120.00) 13. The Stadium Astro 2018 FIFA World Cup and Web Player are available on App Store or Google Play or via log on to the Web Player at www. stadiumastro.com/wc2018. The aforesaid is available on any device that supports IOS (version 9 above) and Android (4.4 above). All purchasers of the Stadium Astro 2018 FIFA World Cup and Web Player are responsible for ensuring that their devices, internet connections/speed and/or any other requirements needed are adequate. 15. Purchase of the World Cup Channel Pass via IOS and Android differ as the pricing is set by Apple and Google respectively. For pricing please refer to the table below. Any new subscription or upgrades to Astro sports packages (Super Pack Plus/Super Pack/Sports Pack/Fans Pack) from 1 March 2018 to 15 July 2018 will be entitled to a GoShop discount evoucher (the value of the evoucher is at Astro s absolute discretion). The evoucher will be ed by GoShop via the customer s registered in Astro s system, within a month of activation. This give-away of the evouchers is subject to availability (while stocks last). Astro and/or GoShop will not be held liable in the event that the customers did not receive the evouchers for any reason whatsoever. 17. Astro shall not be held liable for any cancellation, delay or change in the scheduling of any match at the advertised time or the appearance of any team(s) or player(s) in any match as advertised. Astro may also vary its services or any part thereof at any time by changing or withdrawing a scheduled match, adding another match or changing the transmission time of a scheduled match. Astro will provide its customers with as much notice as possible of such changes. Astro will not be liable for any loss or disappointment as a result of these actions. 18. Astro reserves the right to cancel, disqualify, refuse or reject any application to purchase /subscribe to the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia and/or not continue with this Special Campaign at any point in time without assigning any reason. In such a situation, if the Customer has paid for the World Cup Channel Pass, Astro s sole liability to the Customer would be to refund the monies paid by the Customer for the World Cup Channel Pass. 19. Any purchase of the World Cup Channel passes is not transferable and/or refundable. The Customer shall be liable for any taxes or levies on the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia passes as imposed by the Government, if applicable. 20. World Cup channel (CH821, CH822, CH823, CH824) will be available from 7th June 2018 onwards.

6 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia: World Cup Channel Pass Contest A. BASIC TERMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Organiser MEASAT BROADCAST NETWORK SYSTEMS SDN BHD (Company No A) 2. Name of Contest World Cup Channel Pass Contest 3. Brief Description of Contest/ Programme Active Astro subscribers who purchased World Cup Channel Pass are eligible to take part in this contest and stand a chance to win one-year Astro Super Pack Plus 4 (SPP4) subscription. Individuals who adhere to the eligibility criteria as set out in the Terms and Conditions may participate in this Contest. 4. Brief mechanism of Contest Active Astro subscribers who purchased World Cup Channel Pass during the campaign period (15 th May th June 2018) will enter the Contest by default. Astro subscribers who purchased World Cup Channel Pass but do not wish to participate in the Contest can reach out to the Organiser by 15 June The Contestants must adhere to the mechanism of the Contest as may be notified or communicated by the Organiser during the Contest Period. 5. Eligibility Criteria Subject to other criteria set out below and in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions, the Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens of the Age of Eligibility below who are *Active Astro customers as at 15 th May 2018 and their **immediate family members. * Active Astro customer means a subscriber of the Astro Service and whose account is current and active with no outstanding payments due and owing to Astro and who has not breached the Astro subscription agreement nor given any instructions to terminate and /or suspend his/her subscription to the Astro Service

7 as at the date of winner notification. Winners must remain active Astro customers until the date of collection of prizes ** immediate family members means spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters 6. Ineligibility Employees and scholars of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad and its group of companies and their **immediate family members; ** as defined in Clause 5 above 7. Age of Eligibility 18 years of age and above as of 15 th May Charges The Organiser does not charge for Contest entries submitted by Contestants. Save and except that Contestants are required to subscribe to the World Cup Channel Pass and be charged a subscription fee as set out in Clause 4 above in order to be eligible to participate in this Contest. 9. Contest Period 12.00am, 15 th May pm, 14 th June The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion. 10. Language of Contest This Contest is organized by the Organiser in the English Language. 11. Entry Procedure Step 1: 1. Purchase World Cup Channel Pass via any sources, including but not limited to below: a. CH200 b. c. SMS: To subscribe via SMS, type: ASTRO <space> WCCHANNELPASS <space> 12-Digit Smartcard no. and send to Example: ASTRO WCCHANNELPASS XXXXXXXXXXXX d. Call or e. Purchase from Astro employee and authorized dealer 2. The Smart Card Number of Astro subscriber who successfully purchased World Cup Channel Pass during the campaign period (15 th May th June 2018) will automatically entered the Contest.

8 12. Entry Deadline All World Cup Channel Pass purchases must be performed by 11:59pm 14 th June 2018 to be eligible for the contest. Purchases received before the commencement of the Contest Period and after the stipulated Entry Deadline will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for prizes. 13. Mode Refer to clause Address Refer to clause Selection of Winners Contest winner will be chosen based on TWO criteria: (a) Contestant is an active Astro subscriber. (b) The eligible Contestants who purchased World Cup Channel Pass during the campaign period (15 th May th June 2018) will automatically entered the Contest. 10 x Grand Prize - Winners will be upgraded to Super Pack Plus 4 and enjoy one-year free Astro subscription from August 2018 July 2019 Example: A total of 100,000 entries / 10 Prizes Winners = 10,000 th, 20,000 th, 30,000 th, 40,000 th, 50,000 th, 60,000 th, 70,000 th, 80,000 th, 90,000 th, & 100,000 th purchasers In the event of a repeated winner, the next entry after the number will be selected as the winner. In the event that the number of entries does not reach the requisite number, the Organizer shall be entitled to determine the Winners following any other sequence of entry at its sole discretion. Organizer s decision will be final and no queries and/or appeals will be entertained.

9 16. Prize 10 x Grand Prize - One-year free Astro Super Pack Plus 4 (SPP4) subscription 17. Notification of winners The Contest Winners will be contacted by the Organizer on or before 31 st August 2018 via phone call. 18. Additional Terms, if any a) Eligible Contestants may purchase multiple World Cup Channel Pass via multiple account or Smart Card Number to be eligible for more entries to this Contest. However, (and subject to Clause (c) below), each Contestant per Astro account is only entitled to one (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period. b) Winner must continue to be *Active Astro subscription until the collection of the Prize, failing which Organiser reserves the right to disqualify Winner from the Contest and Prize won will be forfeited. c) Contestants under the same Astro account will not be eligible to win the Prize in this Contest if such Astro account has been awarded any form of Prize(s) in any other Contest organized by the Organiser in the past three (3) months from the date when Winners names of this Contest are announced as stipulated in Clause 17 above. d) Upon 12th month (on July 2019), customer service agents will contact winner via registered mobile number to confirm if he/she would like to stay on SPP4 or revert to the pack that he/she has subscribed to prior to the upgrade. Winner is required to pay monthly subscription fee accordingly after the 12- months period. e) The Terms and Conditions herein shall be read together with the provisions in the prevailing terms and conditions governing the World Cup Channel Pass subscription in general. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions herein and those contained in the World Cup Channel Pass subscription terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions governing the Contest shall prevail in so far as they apply to the Contest The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively Terms and Conditions ) and the Privacy Notice shall be binding on all contestants who participate in this Contest ( Contestants ). The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Basic Terms, the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, the Basic Terms and the Privacy Notice shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

10 Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Contestants of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
