4 Agenda October 10, INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS ITEM 9. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute, for and as the act of said City, an Agreement with the Birmingham Urban League, Inc. ( Urban League ), under which the Urban League will assist the City in facilitating various economic development projects including economic revitalization, business growth, industrial development and job growth, and the City will pay the Urban League Committee an amount not to exceed $87, for a term of one (1) year. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Right of Way Encroachment License Agreement whereby SJP Investment Partners, LLC, on behalf of the Hotel Indigo Chain, located at th Street, South, is allowed to install three (3) aluminum canopies, one (1) is 30- feet long, which will encroach 6- feet; two (2) are 16- feet long, which will encroach 4- feet into and upon the right of way of 20 th Street, Birmingham, and is allowed to install patterned sidewalk pavers within the right-of-way extending 9 feet, 5 inches in width and 65 feet.
