4 9th Annual MTHS Summer League ADMISSION FEES ADULT-$3 per day HIGH SCHOOL/MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT-$2 per day (MUST PRESENT ASB CARD) 12 AND UNDER-FREE Any concerns or questions about admission fees, please contact summer league director 4

5 9th Annual MTHS Summer League *GAME RULES* min halves. Stopped clock the last minute of first half. Stopped clock the last two minutes of 2nd half, unless 20 point difference or greater minute half-time break minute pre-game warm-up IF games are running behind. (Note: If games are running on-time we will start always at regularly scheduled time). 4. Technical Fouls: First technical foul for player automatic two points Second technical foul automatic two points and ejection for remainder of game. 5. Each team is allowed one full time-out per half (maximum) + one 30 second timeout per game. One additional FULL TIME- OUT per overtime-no carry over from regulation fouls per player foul out rule. 7. New free throw rule: Shooting fouls are 1 FT for 2 pts. with the exception of last two minutes of second half. Then revert back to regular two free throws on all shooting fouls, 3 pt. shots are 3 free throws. Foul on a 3 pt. shot before the last two minutes of the second half will be 1 FT for 3 pts. 8. Shoot 1-1 foul shots on 7 team fouls 9. Shoot two foul shots on 10 team fouls minute-1st overtime, 1 minute-2nd overtime, Sudden Death on 3rd overtime minute grace period for teams arriving late. (Call gymnasium if arriving late ) All other federation rules apply to games. Any protests will be settled by league coordinator. 5

8 MOUNTLAKE TERRACE HIGH SCHOOL BOY S BASKETBALL SUMMER LEAGUE Summer League 2014 Invoice TO: FROM: 2014 MTHS Summer League Participating Team Head Coach or Contact Person Nalin Sood, Head Boys Basketball Coach, Mountlake Terrace High School DATE: Monday, May 26, 2014 SUBJECT: SUMMER VARSITY AND JUNIOR VARSITY BASKETBALL LEAGUE INVOICE Edmonds School District is sponsoring the 2014 MTHS Summer League. The league will run from June 2 nd -June 25 th. Each respective varsity and junior varsity team is guaranteed six games (6 regular games + 1 minimum tournament game). The cost of the league is $ per team or $ for a junior varsity and varsity team from the same school. Please make payment ASAP. Checks need to be made out to: Edmonds School District No. 15 Checks need to be mailed to: Mountlake Terrace High School Attention: Nalin Sood th Avenue W. Mountlake Terrace, WA In early May the first draft of the league schedule will come out. It will be finalized the following week so that you can plan your summer activities accordingly. Also, a risk form for each participant from your team will be sent out and need to be returned prior to the first game for that player to be eligible to play in the league. Each team will play two times per week; either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. A couple teams have requested double headers on single nights.
