1 UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND LACROSSE 2003 Player Profiles 3 Christa Chamberlain 1 Senior Defense Berwyn, Pa. (Conestoga) MURPHY ON CHRISTA: Christa has improved in many areas of her game. First, she has worked extremely hard to improve her stickwork and her overall fitness. Christa is one of the most coachable players I have ever worked with; she can hear what you are instructing and put it to immediate execution. She has quickened her check and has developed into a stronger 1v1 defender while having confidence to direct the defensive unit. Katie Dolan Senior Attack/Midfield Towson, Md. (Towson) 2003 Tri-Captain MURPHY ON DOLAN: Dolan is a total player. She is fast, quick, possesses great stickwork, is a positive leader and a go-to player. She will play a significant role for us this season. Dolan will lead the attack with junior Purcell and together the duo is potent. Dolan loves a challenge and when pushed, she will come through for you. She will get her job done day in and day out, but more importantly Dolan will do the extra this season to take this unit to the next level. 12 Christa Chamberlain 2002: Played in six games had one ground ball. 2001: Played in all 15 games, earning eight starts took one shot on goal registered four ground balls. 2000: Played in eight games and started one... had three ground balls... caused two turnovers.
