August 29, 2009 Colorado River Regatta Thousands of outdoor, fun loving water enthusiasts are expected to invade the Colorado River for the third annual bi state inner tube regatta. This river regatta welcomes participants to ride on inner tubes and decorative, non motorized parade type floats down the Colorado River. Another regatta festivity is the kayak and canoe race that launches from Davis Camp early in the morning. Launching of the floats takes place from both sides of the river. The party starts the night before at the Ye Gotta Regatta celebration with costumed participants, live entertainment and specialty drinks. January 2010 Winter Break This annual event is a festival celebrating life for the 50+ age group and promises to motivate, educate, stimulate and offer nonstop entertainment and activities: all types of dancing including a sock hop and prom night, bingo and slot tournaments, financial lectures and healthy lifestyle screenings, exercise classes, polar bear dip in the Colorado River, and much more. For more information, visit January 2010 SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge Laughlin is proud to be the title series sponsor of this returning, annual event where 16 classes of desert racecars and exotic trucks compete in the six race circuit of SCORE International Off Road Racing. From sunrise to sunset, the racers will heat up the nine mile desert course with a start/finish in a specially made stadium style spectator area located at the Laughlin Events Park. 4 March 2010 Wings and Wildlife Festival Take a walk on the wild side of Laughlin! From bald eagles to bats to raccoons, a surprising variety of birds and wildlife make their home along the Colorado River in and around Laughlin, Nevada. March 2010 Laughlin River Stampede PRCA Rodeo This four day event will feature America s best cowboys and cowgirls competing in several fastpaced, spine tingling events for more than $225,000 in prize money. Special attractions include the appearance of Miss Rodeo America, rodeo displays, merchandise, crafts and food/beverage concessions. Various Laughlin hotels plan to offer top name country music entertainment in the evening to enhance the rodeo experience. This premier PRCA sanctioned event features 40 of the top bull riders who will take their shot at a $60,000 purse and the Laughlin Xtreme Bulls title. All 40 riders will compete in the long go round, both Saturday and Sunday. The top 12 finalists compete in the Sunday finals. This five day event is the largest Harley Davidson oriented event on the West Coast. Activities include stunt shows; the Harley Davidson lifestyle tradeshow; traveling museum; the River Run to Oatman, Arizona, on historic Route 66; custom bike shows; the

July 4, 2010 Rockets Over The River Just after dark on July 4, the huge 19th annual Rockets Over The River fireworks display will be free for public viewing along the entire Laughlin River Walk.
