14 102 / Rugs to Riches El Paso Saddleblanket Company s Alameda Street warehouse, El Paso, Texas. By the time we set up this warehouse in 1984 we were solidly in the cowhide business, importing twenty percent of Brazil s hair-on hides. We mailed tens of thousands of postcards in English and Spanish in the early 80s promoting our Alameda Street wholesale warehouse in El Paso. It was an exciting growth period for us.
